I type this as I'm watching, but is it me or did a lot of the background art and such look oddly nice this episode? Like that fish looked good, the house, dishes, bathrooms and such-- the backgrounds and such looked more detailed than usual-- or they were colored differently than usual at least-- actually yeah these backgrounds are really nice. It's no coincidence. They totally made this kinda like an art piece this episode and I have a feeling that they reused a lot of parts solely because they spent a lot of time on the art in the back.

I'm interested in how slice-of-life-like this episode was. While I might not have been able to take 500 episodes of it, it was still a pleasant surprise. It's a little upsetting to see that people are so focused on whether stuff's filler or not that they're missing the beautiful, small details.
