| Not even going to bother talking about the first 15 minutes. Those don't matter. What the actual fuck just happened? About two weeks ago I was reading through a Reddit thread that was something like "The worst anime plot twists." And one person literally just said "Euphemia." So I knew SOMETHING would happen, and I knew it would be fucked, but this is way beyond anything I ever could have imagined. After I saw the title of the episode, I knew something was about to go down, but this was complete insanity. Where will this show even go from here? With these kind of stakes, how is a second season even possible? I'm stoked to see where this show goes from here. |

| I was... actually not expecting this at all. I can see why some people like this anime, now. I don't think this episode forgives the rest of the anime, since it's not good in any sense of the word. But at least it's interesting now? |

| Second I'm speechless with this anime. This episode ending is just sad. The first time we see Lelouch cry. I'm sure he will never forgive himself for what he did to Euphy. He really does love her, doesn't he? The story till now is pretty dumb but well, it's still entertaing and has some great moments for sure. 3 eps left in s1. I can already see why many people love it. |

| pretty loaded ep wow things have certainly taken a turn for the dark. poor euphy. but the britannian military in the knightmares seemed pretty quick to obey that order huh. this is the first time lelouch has done something unsalvageable, this seems like a huge turning point does suzaku now have a geass power? what happened with him and cc? is it possible to resist the power of geass? euphy seemed close but even she couldn't fight it and her will seemed pretty strong, so i guess not? what is the "experimental adapted organism"? another cc? |

I was someone here say something along the lines of that they didn't like this, but they'd rather have this than it become like death note, and I agree... |

| Top 5 screw-ups done by MC. I see many people think this is an asspull, but they did show ability to lose control over Geass by showing us Mao. And Ofc Lelouch would say the worst thing to Euphy to show her that someone would listen to his order even it is as dumb as that. |

| Well props to the episode for genuinely shocking me... that was wild. I guess in the end it really worked out for black knights. The public probably thinks the whole "designated Japan" thing was just a trap to murder a bunch of Elevens. Now the vast majority of the population is sure to support the black knights now, after seeing the ruthlessness of their 'beloved' princess Euphemia. Cool plot twist I guess, but I still can't help but feel it wasn't written very well. ..ah well, let's see how it plays out from here. I can't imagine what must be going through Lelouch's head right now. And how is Nunally going to take this? Is Zero going to have to kill Euphy? Probably. She won't rest until all the Elevens are dead. The worst thing that can possibly happen to Lelouch is if Nunally finds out who Lelouch really is |

| awww euphie ;( this poor girl, i knew from the jump she would end up as a martyr but i didn’t think it was gonna be like this, i definitely was not expecting lelouch’s permanent geass power to activate so shortly or for it to have lasting effects on whoever it’s used on (i can’t remember if it did before) this was a very distressing episode, i think is the first time i’ve been genuinely shocked by a show/movie in a while lmao |
