| That 4 eyed bitch that kept saying he doesn't trust Zero was annoying as fuck and then he takes off to "capture Rolo" Like nigga you in the middle of a fuckin WAR and you question your leader and then fuckin abandon the whole war to capture a TEAMMATE. Probably the dumbest logic i've ever heard in my fuckin life. I seriously hope he turned into ashes from that nuke. That's what you get for being a cunt in a war. | Holy shit now that was an episode. While it reprises the season one finale the Battle of Tokyo, with Lelouch and Suzaku's conflict picking up essentially where it left off. It had more in common with the jaw dropping Season One episode Blood stained Euphy. Both contain a completely unexpected and emotional twist. Both feature the Geass back firing on a character and that backfire leads to a major death. And both signify a huge shift in the narrative that begins hurtling it towards the end game. Nunally and hundreds of others are dead. Suzaku, Nina and Lelouch are all indirectly responsible. And I have a feeling however they react things are going to get ugly. Speaking of Nina I couldn't stand her in this episode. I've never liked her character, she's annoyed me since day one but what a monster. I get what they're going for. Her terrible decision to make a super nuke is a result of the despair Lelouch unintentionally caused her. But what an unlikable character, people complain about hating Suzaku so much but has anyone once ever liked the character Nina? That ending was so sad and stunning a lot of other interesting things in this episode have kind of taken back seat. For starters Kallen was finally rewarded for being a damsel in a glass cage for what felt like forever. Her new and improved Gurren kicked ass. Her mopping up the floors with that creepy Knight of Seven dude was great, RIP won't be missed. I'd say I can't wait to see her and Lelouch's face to face reunion but now that Nunally's dead it's kind of less exciting a prospect. The real seeds planted in this episode though, were Lelouch's game of manipulation chickens coming home to roost. The traumatized black knight from the Geass massacre finally pays off. And now at least Todoh and his crew are suspicious of Zero. Even though the lieutenant most convinced of Zero being evil bought it in the explosion. I have a feeling this is going to bite Lelouch in the ass very soon. |

| What a chaotic episode. They probably shouldn't be shit-talking Suzaku, as he is essentially their only chance at winning. Nina piloting the Lancelot sounds like a BAD idea. Orange-kun piloting the Siegfried is awesome. Interesting that the upper echelon of the Order is beginning to doubt Lelouch. Surprise surprise, the psychopath wants to kill the imouto. Absolutely nobody saw that coming! I'm assuming Guren was the third priority and Kallen was the third. I am really curious who Anya is and what is going on with her and Lelouch (particularly Lelouch's Geass) interacting. Oh, the Guren is now super overpowered. Wonder what the Emperor is playing at. The Vampire of Britannia's death was excellent, with Kallen reversing his catchphrase on him. Good shit. Will Todo change allegiances after learning what Lelouch did to the cult? I doubt it because he wouldn't be able to take back Japan without Lelouch. Wait... Did Nunnally just die? Nunnally didn't die, right? Nunnally didn't die. Nah. Quick aside, Lelouch not speaking in the preview because of how emotionally traumatizing Nunnally's death was is some amazing attention to detail. Prediction: Lelouch goes insane because Nunnally is dead. Suzaku goes insane because he killed Nunnally. The last six episodes are amazing. |

| Not an amazing episode, but definitely had it's moments. Kallen finally getting free was cool, even if by the time she did I didn't really care about her character in this season. The idea that Suzaku is wiling to die as "redemption" is actually kinda a neat character moment, we don't know what he means by that, but I kind of took it as him meaning redemption for killing his father. It would be great if that was the reasoning, because maybe from Suzaku's perspective him dying is almost like the equivalent of him killing his father, I.E. he killed his father to stop a war from happening, and now he's letting himself die to just give up and let the seemingly superior United Nations forces take over Japan? I might be taking that wrong though. He could just simply mean redemption for letting Japan be taken over in the most general sense. Or a number of other things. The nuke being used was just very interesting, hopefully characters actually die from such an event. Also thought it was lowkey funny how Lelouch is saved because of the mech servant thinking he's the princess still. That's a great way to cap off a dramatic sad scene. |

| this was a really tense episode, it was good!! the fight scenes were really awesome, i liked them!! and kallen was Badass the fleija really got everyone huh that moment was epic. i don't think lelouch ever considered his geass command on suzaku would have such impacts random thoughts: tamaki is v annoying idgaf about him and thank god that stupid bradley dude is dead too nice one kallen also ohgi is so Stupid what is anya's backstory? where is cc and can she please come back to her normal self |

| It was obvious Rolo was going to try and kill Nunally. Damn Kallen got a big power up a bit too easy to rescue though. The vampire quickly disposed of thank goodness a annoying character IMO. Well that just happened that came back and bit Lulu in the ass all ninas fault as expected. |
