| Emilia literally just passes a message with that stupid Convenience Plot Device thing, and then says "I know SHOOBALOO will save me!" Damsel in Distress. Chick is 58000 times more powerful than that worthless donkey, but she stands there helplessly as a prisoner in Regulus' tower content to wait for the donkey to save her???? He can't even land a single blow on a single enemy he's faced. He's USELESS. Do me a favor Emilia and please kill him off!! Then, the Dream Team stand around and talk about how epic and cool it is to have the broadcasting device, while NOT USING THE BROADCASTING DEVICE. And they keep standing around talking... wasting valuable time for plot reasons. They boast about how many Sinarchbiships they'll take down, and the evidence shows their fighting capabilities are effectively zero. But I actually do love how they all encourage the Donkey, and the "Testing testing one two!" thing was actually pretty funny. Good episode despite my complaints |

| A great episode. An episode filled with dialogues but still a great episode. It's amazing how the episode kept us glued to the screen despite no action at all. |

| Another amazing speech from this series that truly moves the viewers’ hearts. It’s impressive how much character development Subaru has gone through—and honestly, it’s nice to see him save some embarrassment for once. Emilia has always had faith in her knight (love/man) Subaru, trusting he’ll be there for her—especially when times are tough. But it seems like my expectations of Subaru dying and restarting from a really good save point won’t be happening now. |

| God, that speech Subaru gave was just so moving. Again, I love his growth from season one, you can realy see how he truly is a knight now, no longer playing pretend at the hero. He deserves the friends he's made, he deserves the position he's in. He may have had to suffer to get here, but he earned it. Not to mention the running bearhug Garf gave Subaru, really brought a smile to my face. I'm curious as to how they're going to defeat all of these archbishops now though, it seems nearly impossible to do in just 9 more episodes, but here's hoping it's done in a satisfying way! |
| Seeing the best moments of Re:Zero made me nostalgic, wow... but yeah anyway it had to be Subaru to do the speech to the population of course ahah and now he deeply moved everyone, Reinhard at the end with Otto is also full hype |

| I was going to say something sarcastic about Subaru's speech but once it ended dunno.. it kind of resonated with me lol. Reinhard joins the battle as well!! |
| I felt that the episode was bad, I'm really surprise to see the reaction here. I mean the first 17 minutes were basically here to make Subaru that he should speak it was obvious for everybody apart from himself which isn't bad in itself but the lack of subtility killed me. Most of the things could have been done in less than half the time. Same for the speech which was random af. I dislike Zeta Gundam which is an overrated garbage but at least Quatro speach was interesting. It does make sense when you know what is Subaru as a character so I can get the idea, but it's too long, too much has to be said (even before the speach) like if the spectator were stupid and didn't get the idea in like 5 seconds. worst episode so far and I find all of them pretty meh so... I'm starting to think I was liking Re:Zero previously because I was young I guess ? I'm not motivated enough to rewatch it though. It's definitely not a disaster though, just eh. |
| Genuinely what a peak and hype episode. Subaru speech was so beautifully done in a literal sense and a narrative sense in my opinion, i feel like every time author has portrayed moments of Subaru expressing his experiences and growth as a human over his long march across Hell, they've absolutely nailed it every time. This speech as well felt incredibly more impactful because not only was it so true to Subaru's character about admitting to thinking he's a weak nothing that can't do anything but run away, but also how he learnt to overcome that feeling and finding courage through time to believe in himself. What i thought was even more amazing about his speech was how he basically took his first hand experiences from being scared, alone, and in situations of completely distress, and helped the citizens overcome it by using what he's learnt. All that i really want to see from the rest of the season is more about Al and his backstory. Ever since first seeing him he's definitely been the most mysterious members in the King's Candidates, and even now him being the voice of doubt to remind Subaru what he's doing and the consequences of his actions was really interesting, part of me things he's treaded the same line before and much of what he was saying was from experience, but also to low-key help Subaru in understanding his actions. Also want to see how the author will flesh out Reinhard's character and story, seems this season wants to show more focus on him especially with Wilhelm and his Dad in the scene. I really want to see how the author humanize "the strongest" character and explore more of who "Reinhard" the person is besides the "Sword saint". |

How TF are people glazing Subaru being a whiny little bitch giving a genuinely horrible speech. Undeniably one of the worst MCs of all time. Subaru is genuinely just embarrassing and the speech deserves an award for being so unbearably cringe. Mushoku Tensei still absolutely slams re:ZERO. Jokes on you for wasting hours of your time watching something you dislike. |
