| Production quality in here is incredible. Iroha looks like it could be the top of the season if it keeps doing everything that made the first episode so charming. The characters are likable, the voices are well done, and everything is very distinct. It's slice of life, but it feels fresh, unlike a number of shows in the genre. Really didn't like the mother or her boyfriend for being so utterly irresponsible, but that added to the appeal. If there's a character I dislike and a number that I do, I like to see the ones I do triumph. This story is definitely going to be about character growth, so I'm looking forward to the next episode already! The season's already started out on a positive note. |

| PA Works only knows how to do superb animation huh? First Angel Beats and now this. The music was great too. For a slice-of-life anime the first episode really pulled me in. The characters seemed pretty realistic and I'm looking forward to seeing how the main character grows during her new lifestyle. Hoping the creators keep up the good work! |
| Great first episode and this is definitely not what I was expecting. The confession scene was so cute, I hope we get so see more of him <3 I also really like the main character since she has a great attitude. Cant wait to watch more ^^ |

| I love how mature this show is. She is only 16 years old, she may seem klutzy and naive, but she's incredibly mature. This one episode alone is giving me high hopes for this season! |
| Quite a promising start and i loved the artwork. The girls look cute without being that annoyingly moe Clannad kind of design. Her mother is irresponsible as it gets and her grandmother is overdoing it with the responsibility shit. They are both two edges and none of them seems to know how to keep things at the right average. Slapping that girl that had nothing to do with anything was completely uncalled for. She uses the need of others to step on them and be abusive. She's an old disgusting bitch. Very likely the show will try to give a good image of her as it goes and make her seem good and helpful to Ohana's growth (Japanese like preaching how people should be slaves to their bosses) but i don't care about the silly ideas Japanese have. That old hug, is a bitch. |
| This Anime is a bit serious ,this remind me of my work.....Her grandmother is right and Ohana is incompetent during work(in the kitchen and futon drying). Getting scold by my own boss is nothing, but get scold by customer can leave a bad image to the company and myself.I know how it felt when customer scold me and it is totally unbearable compare to my bitchy boss.Different country has its own way/rule of work, I guess Japan is no exception. |

| Not my cup of tea. The story is very cliche (in broad terms, it's relatively "new" in anime). It's basically like ANOTHER soap opera without the romantic overtones (in this case the "romance" is more like an afterthought, or quite literally a "beforethought"). I'll wait for the next ep or two, but if it does turn out like watching your typical drama (albeit with the emphasis of "slice and life" than actual drama) this would get dropped. | Ohana has won over my heart, such a great character and I hope things become much better for her as we go through the series. I liked Ko's character and i hope he doesn't magically disappear from the series cause I like him as the suppose love interest (hoping at least). Not to fond of the other characters but that may change once we get to know them a bit more as the series progresses. I enjoyed the first episode even though i felt completely sorry for Ohana but they way she cooped with it and how mature she was made me love her character even more. beautiful animation and 26 episodes is nice. I am looking forward to watch this every week. |
| lately i have been having trouble finding anime that i thought where interesting especially after I watched the disappointing first episode of Steins;Gate. i have to agree with HRisa that i want to give it a high score from the beginning. |

| Pretty good for a first episode, but the catch for me (and others, I'm sure) is if the overall plot can be more than just "Everyone eventually softens up and comes to accept Ohana while she does some growing up herself". Also, I really hope Kouichi catches a break by the end too. Poor guy. |

| 4/5 I liked it; it doesn't seem too overrated yet. Don't like Grandma or Mom! I believe Ohana is a pretty neat character. She doesn't even seem girlish at all and she is pretty strong. She is definitely original (as for what animes I have watched). Minko is pretty strange, but I think I'll like her as long as she doesn't keep up that attitude of hers. :P I'll keep watching. |
| So far I don't like grandma or the parents. I don't know if I like how they mixed the drama and comedy. I liked how clannad did it but this feels different, maybe the drama isn't enough. Anyways, I will have to watch more episodes to see how it blends together. |

| Great first episode. Ohana is winsome, and other characters are kind of interesting. I expect Ohana, Minchi, and Nako's growing friendship story. I felt that the producers are trying to make us think of the theme of "What is to work?" or "What do we work for?" Yeah, maybe we sometimes think about that, but not many people have the definite answer of it. I like this attempt of theirs. |

| Great first episode. Loved all the characters so far (except Mako or something like that has an annoying voice) - totally did not expect Ohana to be so awesome. Plus a confession very first episode?! XD No OP but the insert song and ED were good. Plus graphics were really nice ;O Really looking forward to the next episode! |

| I went on record a few days back saying Tiger & Bunny could be the sleeper hit of the season - but now I've watched this show I may have to retract that statement. Looking forward to seeing how this one pans out over the remaining 25 weeks. |

| So far so good. I'll skip the OP/ED if they don't change, but apart from that, I have no complaints. I like Ohana, she should be a great lead. 5/5 for the first episode, eagerly awaiting the next one. |
