I really dont understand how one can say that silent voice is overrated.... mugen train I can understand coz the 7 episode arc did a much better job according me... however i wouldnt go as far as to say the it was dogshit... if u want to know how bad a anime movie can be just go watch uchiage hanabi or maybe kaiju no kodomo... both of them have amazing animation but when it comes to the overall story or the set up.... 'dogshit' as in ur vocabulary.....

Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi/Spirited Away.

It's:

A) The only anime film I have rated as a 10/10 on MAL and one of my only handful of 10/10s in general

B) The only anime film in my Top 10 Films overall list (which includes live action and cartoons/Western animation)

C) The only animated film I consider a masterpiece

It's a singular experience and masterpiece in every way which earned every inch of its legacy (And I would argue its legacy should be even greater).
