| I like how the community is so divided about the OP. I love it personally. Gojo is the definition of badassery. The animation is divine. I bet that mahjong game is also symbolizing something. If only I understood something about it. So did everyone stay like that for 2 months or what lol? Most probably not, but I wonder when did they wake up. And fake Geto's identity is revealed. For anyone confused, please watch the movie. I don't get how that seal works, could someone enlighten me? Why does it work for so long? |

| The opinions of Gojo from his peers was amusing to say the least. It was surreal seeing the villains discuss their plans of mass murder over a casual game of Majong. If anything this incident sure is gonna be one hell of a mass casualty event. The enemies plan though really is turning out to be damm impressive though. |

| Few moments are great like Hanamis death but holy shit this episode screams production problems. So sad Shibuya gets such a treatment. Alteast Hiddent Inventory was adapted well. 2/5 |

| Gojo finally appears in Shibuya to slay Jogo and Hanami, though this isn't the first time that they've met, and him forgoing his Domain Expansion just goes to show the level of impeccable power that they could not overcome, even with Geto's advises over a game of mahjong. Sensing Hanami's defeat to death, Jogo runs for his life using every cover he could find for Choso to make the critical shot, and they need him to be completely overwhelmed before they can make a move. And that move, relies on a train full of cursed humans caused by Mahito to inflict more human casualties. The thing is, Gojo can't quite save the horde of people being eaten by the cursed spirits, but it's clear that the enemy wants Gojo to use his Infinite Void to save the people around him. And indeed, that was his strategy of two-tenths of a second to kill all of the transfigured humans in one shot. That obviously put a strain on his power, and thus, exposing his weakness to allow Geto to open the Prison Realm. But the Geto that appears in front of Gojo, is not Geto, but a habitation of another spirit infused from Geto's abilities, which they have succeeded in sealing Gojo. The stronghold has been captive, what will Yuji and the other Jujutsu sorcerers do without him? |

| Gojo my king, the goat, the unstoppable, the one and only has been imprisoned forever. Well, great to see him go all out. Also gotta say that the animation director is just ass. One example is the transfigured humans scene where the only fucking thing we saw the whole time was a bunch of blood and running, not even seeing Gojo or barely a part of his body. It looked cool in the beginning with his running form, but it turned out to be completely ass. I don't really get hyped up with the fights anymore as I used to do in the first season. Also so many fucking still frames everywhere during the fights. This gotta be on the same level as Bleach sideslows lmfao. |

It's even sadder when you notice Suguru's mind is still in there somewhere, trying to stop this fake person from using his body. Look at these two scenes. Suguru is right-handed, yet this fake is waving with his left hand. It's because Suguru's right hand is trying to push down his left hand.   |

The one episode I was looking forward to ended. Why did the result look like a picture-story show, where the pictures were completely static? What do they want to convey by showing us a few seconds of an ordinary cut? I can understand if it took a production time like One Piece, but we waited about 3 years for this episode lol. In my mind, I was hoping for a battle animation where the crowd was moving and I could feel their screams and fear. I didn't really like the last episode, so I thought they would spend more money on this episode, but I was disappointed. Well, I've changed my mind and am looking forward to the battle that follows, but the discomfort I felt in episode 8 hasn't improved and I'm starting to get a little worried. I can't predict where the hype will be in this chapter.
| @DrainHAGOKORO Keep your expectations at rock bottom. First they have to fit in each episode in exact 20mins which leads sometimes to weird pacing issues and stretched out scenes. Second they have to ruin i mean ghost few scenes so the 0,001% can watch. And third they have to censor it as much as possible. Even in this gruesome episode where people get sliced in half but you dont even get to see the corpses. |

Almost 0 reactions and movement, are they mannequins waiting to be killed or what? Funny that author got rid off the only one character who draws in audience |

| Man. This was just shocking. To think they managed to succeed. And this “Getou” whoever thought that there was that “thing” in there. I thought Getou was alive this whole time. But now I got confirmation that he really died. But oh man. Goodness gracious. The Sorcerer’s greatest ally and strongest fighter is sealed. |

| Definitely a way better episode, even animation wise. Hanami died but at least Gojo is now sealed, and Geto isnt the old Geto ?? but swapped brains?? things got more heated up for sure |

| Wait people are really calling the animation from this episode static/a slide-show? What are you guys even watching or expecting to see? Animation was fine for the most part, MAL stays delusional. Outside of the background folks who were barely moving while being murdered most of the episode was animated just fine. My biggest gripe with the episode were the soundtrack and sound design as well as some of the storyboard. Some of it just fell flat and didn't compliment the scene at all like the 0.2 sec infinity void or when Gojo is sealed and it's dead silent but has a weird vibe overall. It didn't feel like a mic drop moment. Still good, just hoping upcoming events have a bit more of an epic-feel. |
