| Not a fan of the familiar's personality, not at all. Is he supposed to be "cool"? Is it supposed to be "funny" that he would literally just sit there and watch her die? I thought this episode was cute and definitely had its funny moments, but that part of it, just...not into it. Hoping it gets better. |

| So Tomoe is a servant of a Guardian Deity. Finally, I have finished watching ep 1, this show is been on my ptw for years. The first episode was very interesting, I love the characters and gags are funny. |

| So at long last we meet each other here. Kamisama Hajimemashite. It has been on my Plan To Watch list for AGES. But I never thought I would like it. But I am a sucker for shoujo romance + comedy shows, so I knew I had to start at some point. I like the start. The characters seem interesting. Very much a nostalgic vibe towards mid 2000s anime again. |

| I've defintely been aware of this anime for quite a while and I SO did not listen to the opening theme multiple times I swear. The opening I think I prefer a bit more than the ending but the latter is just as good I feel. Really like the comedy in this show, Nanami and Tomoe seem like strong leads to me, they really do balance off each other in terms of their chemistry though the animation is a little on the low budget at times but otherwise I feel like a bit like Fruits Basket but without any of the Zodiac curses. On a side note relating to that, it helps that the same animation company that did this show actually went on to do the remake of Fruits Basket in particular and oddly enough we have the same director from the original as well. Food for thought on that one. Anyways I'll see what else this show has to offer. So far so good on my end. No complaints, no complaints. |

| Wait, what is this? Appealing art style, great animation, zippy pace, silly humor, interesting premise. I laughed when Nanami slapped a "Giant God Warrior" talisman on the little guy. And that kiss in the air was cool. Liking the OP and the ED, too. Got a real good feeling about this. |
