| Knew this one was coming and how dark it was going to be. A lot of screwed up stuff has happened in this village. Jiji is too good of a person to let someone suffer alone, even if it's an evil spirit. The Evil Eye form he gets is incredibly cool, its design is reminiscent of One Punch Man character designs to me. |
OP and ED growing on me yeah, even if i immediately preferred those to season 1 ones. Still not very invested in this arc honestly. |

| Always entertaining and good with great animation, very nice episode. Seems like the vulcano problem was a real thing after all and the worm was likely connected to it. Okarun´s punches were amazing to watch, funny and vibrant (well, the whole series has vibrant quality colorful tones) |

| Can't believe that a terrifying figure like the Evil Eye also has a sad backstory—that he was once locked up alone and used as an offering for the Great Serpent Lord. So looks like it's true; the cruel and evil ones are the Kito family. Hey wait, what about the Evil Eye? It doesn't seem like he's on Momo's side, but neither is he on the earthworm's side. Don't tell me his sad background was just made up so that Jiji would help? Yooo, this is getting interesting like fr! |

| Bro did the double trickery. At first, I was like, dang that's a bad guy there. Then flashback and I was like, oh he isn't a bad guy. Then BOOM he's actually bad. Pretty cool character designs overall as well. That's gotta be my favorite part about this show. |

| Holy fire episode, i didn't expect all the twists and reveals from both Jiji and Evil Eye's backstory's. Kinda cool to see two new entity's in one arc again especially when they both negate each other's abilities. Originally i was quite iffy about Jiji's character, but watching him stick his neck out so much for Momo and Okarun and saving them from the worms influence had me respecting him so much more, even more so when he sympathised with Evil Eye's backstory even if it meant he'd be possessed. Seeing Evil eye who i thought was the original antagonist, kinda act like Jiji's guardian angel was also a really cool scene. Ending was fire, animation the entire ep was really good and ending with a gigachad possessed Jiji folding the worm and finally crossing with an empowered Okarun, amazing final scene. |

| That could be the most tragic backstory in this anime, but one has to question just how much of it is true. Either way, it worked and we're gonna see Okarun vs Evil Eye in the next episode. It better not disappoint. |
