| Amazing episode!! Finally we've got some action, suspense and a bunch of new revelation. So I guess they can now revive characters or they just changed the fate on what happened to them in the source material. Despite how stupidly incompetent Sota is. I'm curious what kind of character he will bring in the battle. Altair OP as usual! I though she was going to fondle Selesia XD Can't wait for the next one! |
| Just finished binging this show over the last two days. Blitz confronting Suruga in this episode is immediately one of my favorite scenes in all of anime. I wish the show as a whole had more creator vs. creation moments like this. |

| I have always liked the fights, they have no problems with pumping it up and using insert songs over and over, very well. Altair is a bit too OP IMO. The last episode was chill but enjoyable, but it was nice to see things finally steer up since there were some rather boring episodes recently and I was like, when are things going to pick up jeez. And here we go. |

| Damn. Finally an actually good episode. Before you say that it’s just because we’re finally getting some confrontations and battles again, no, it’s because of that last scene. That’s the stuff I was waiting for, a real confrontation between creation and creator. All the talk up till now (especially the walking encyclopedia exposition magic chick) has been just really boring in my HUMBLE opinion. But now that we get an actually riveting scene, I’m just sad we had to wait up until now to get scenes like this. I was hovering between giving this a 5 or 6 out of 10, this episode alone made me cement this anime into getting at LEAST a 6 from me, no lower. But that’s much lower than I was hoping to give it. I was hoping to give this an 8/10 at least. But no it doesn’t deserve that- unless these last few episodes can absolutely blow my mind. And dang are Altair’s abilities cool. |

| Damn you know the actions gonna be good when they start with the banger OSTs, i'm hella looking forward to the fights. Animation and SFX this segment alone were really fucking great, that stuff is what brought me in so much in the first episode, also "Layers" is a fucking banger ost. Ngl i really wanted to see Blitz finish off Suruga, not cus i don't like her, but just cus i wanted to see a creation that was given a truly depressing story face off against their "God" and speak their mind and try and have the "God" justify the means. Honestly i felt like Blitz's argument held up more against Suruga the entire time, Suruga indefinitely suffered her own share in her life as she stated, but Blitz has to face the fact that all the suffering he experienced and his daughters death was all predetermined for the enjoyment or entertainment of others and also what made Suruga popular. It's kinda understandable why he'd refer to her as a devil god and would seek out to kill her. I also thought her argument that Altair's goals and what Suruga had done to Blitz's worlds were the same, wasn't right. Altair's entire existence is pretty much based on Setsuna suffering, and her motifs were to destroy the world for killing Setsuna which is admittedly a bit far but again her core existence is only knowing Setsuna suffering and wanting revenge. Unless there are some extra thick layers to this show's plot, i don't think Suruga can hold a candle to Altair's reasoning. Also her bad mouthing Setsuna an author / illustrator was shitty ngl. Another thing, minute Suruga started saying Blitz's words, i knew there was gonna be some "i planned this whole conversation scenario from the start" going on and honestly, Suruga bringing Blitz's daughter back was still in the complete realm of reality, i just didn't really wanna believe it cus i didn't know creators could now alter reality by changing the script of the world itself and bring fictional characters to real life. The ending off "I'm your God" also rubbed me the wrong way, could be interpreted with her saying as a God she can also be merciful, but can also be read as her reinforcing how much omnipotent control she has over his story and as a kinda last laugh that she'd always win because of it, her somehow bringing Blitz's daughter back can be a good example of her either being a merciful God, or a devil by using his daughter as a way to make him give up. All in all, i'm really interested to see how this ties up, although it's kinda foreseeable that Suruga bringing Blitz's daughter back is gonna pacify him / corner him into backing down, i kinda think Blitz is one of the more interesting character's because of his story and decision. Gigachad Altair doing some casual flexing. Dancing around and face tanking Selesia's enhanced attacks before wording Meteora and her crews plan to them having already knowing what they'd do and how it wouldn't work. Ngl Altair really let out her antagonist characteristics this fight, and honestly? Go off queen, she looked hella menacing and good when doing it and i stand by that shit. Your good ol' pal Magane giving you refreshments and snacks on the side line so both of you can munch on food and talk about the hyper realistic explosions on screen, who wouldn't want that? I'd want that :) |

| Why are they breaking the sound barrier lol, what an epic fight. So Suruga is Blitz’ creator huh. I feel like I understand why Blitz raging over small things but he must be suffering in his world, especially to his daughter. Well, his sorry ass still look pathetic to me. |
