| Is it just me cause Haruhi kept reminding me of Yui from K-on? OK ep, though nothing really interesting happened. I'm kinda loosing interest in this series, EE really ruined it for me, but like everyone else, I'll stick to the end. |

Seriously, I also think that Season 2 is much worse than S1, which I loved. But why the heck do you keep watching a sequel to something you didn't like?! And if you've got the "Oh noes, I have to finish this otherwise I'm not a cool anime fan who knows everything and can talk about everything"-feeling... Well, then you've got way too much free time on your hands. Just so you can come here and bitch about the show. Genius. | I liked this episode, it's refreshing to see something new after the endless eight arc. but I didn't find this episode amazing, just nice and as I said, refreshing. ^^ |

| As mentioned earlier "Sighs" is more about relationship building - seeing how the parts fit, as it were; I'm looking forward to it. The animation style seems to be the biggest complaint around the circuit and I agree. When you had successful designs from the first series why change them? You gotta figger Japan has an equivalent of "It it ain't broke don't fix it." And to those who are watching while all the time professing to hate or really dislike it I'll paraphrase Eddie Murphy on SNL - "If you don't like what's on, turn the damn thing off!" |

| At last, a different episode. I'm glad I didn't watch the series till episode 9 I also find it somehow adopted K-ON!'s animation. Well it looks cute so I don't have any problem with it. |
| All in all I think this was a good episode. It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing either. As for the animation style I really don't care, and it's my guess that people who do are the sames one that won't watch really old anime simply because 'the animation is bad'. What I am upset about is that they decided to do Sighs and not Disappearance, cause the way it's going I don't think they'll have time left to fit it in.... I'm still sad that they didn't continue Endless Eight just to see how many people they could piss off but well can't get everything you want I guess. |

| I found it even a little awkward watching new scenes, but I'm looking forward for more. This will go more into depth over the movie that was created, can't wait. Haruhi<3 |

So you're saying that newer and improved technology is being used to animate this season and this tech wasn't available 3 years ago? I find that hard to believe. It's still had drawn cells as far as I can tell. Unless you can point something out being utilized that I'm missing, I'll disregard new tech as a valid reason for the difference, let alone one that shows a decrease in quality. And according to anime news network, the director and character designer are the same people for both seasons. They are the ones in charge of general animators. There's no reason for characters to not look the same over 3 years based on staff rotation. As for you personal bias thinking they are cuter, you're entitled to your opinion. I'm just saying that there should be no difference between seasons of this series regardless of 3 years passing. And we both agree, there is a difference (i.e lack of consistency) between the seasons. | Mostly, Kadokawa and Kyoani made a lot of Mistakes. 1. TROLLS and More Trolls 2. 8 episodes of the same thing over and over. 3. No Disappearance 4. And Trolls. The 2009 ver. would be much better if Kyoani or Kadokawa did 3 episodes of EE |
