| The whole 'Endless eight' repeat was quite interesting, except they still don't seem to have it completely resolved. For such a small story from the novels, they seem to be placing a huge amount of emphasis on this. Also was interesting to note the slight discrepancies in the timeline in this episode as opposed to episode 2 (god, this ordering is so confusing I have no idea how I should refer to them >_<"). |

| Unbelievable... It's still not done. Anyway, I like this ep, and how you can try to point out the differences between the scenes from last ep and this one, or should I say the last loop, or this current loop. Well, looks like it will really be done next week, and then we can move on to the Sighs story... |

| i thought it would be retell in a different perspective. then i realise the different bikini^^: yeah really nice one, i think they would repeat it until haruhi is satisfied. but really any student on the world would agree to it, that the summer holiday is just not long enough>< who dont want to loop it~~ |

| You guys do realize it's not necessary to put a spoiler around stuff that actually happened in this episode? Do use them if you're actually spoilering episodes that haven't aired. Anyway, fantastic episode; the repeat wasn't even remotely boring due to the interesting differences in people's personalities and the subtle changes in clothes and what people said. I was thinking Koizumi knew what happened from the very start (not to mention he was pretty cool this time around, instead of being a douche) and Yuki being so 'depressed' was superbly well executed. All in all, good episode made great with fantastic execution. We're off to a great start, in my fantastically biased opinion. |

| Awesome episode. The suspense kept me hooked and wanting to know what happens next. And Yuki was so bored... Anyone or anything would be, even a data entity, after repeating the same 2 weeks for 15,498 times (594 years). She looks so cute though~  |

| Really amusing episode, Koizumi this episode was hilarious! (The part where he put the ribbon in his hair killed me xDD) Great episode, but I'm kind of disappointed that it's going to be 3 episodes, they should have wrapped it up in 2, imo. There's not going to be much time for any other smaller episodes if they plan on doing Sighs and Disappearance. I don't see why they're making 3 episodes out of a (relatively unimportant) side story, other than having dramatic effect. It's kind of weird, but it sort of seems like there was more emphasis on the male character fanservice in this episode than there ever was in the series before. xD (Also, last note: I agree with Modrzew about Mazui. They're actually pretty good [both video and subs], plus the added bonus of being up really quickly) |

| Anyone else a little distracted by Kyon being shirtless in the beginning? This type of thing normally never phases me...but for whatever reason I couldn't really think straight. Besides that, really good episode. I found myself really trying to read the characters faces to see if they understood what was going on. I had a lot of fun. Not to mention this episode just seemed extra delicious on the eyes. |
| Mazui video quality was decent and the subs were acceptable for speed subs... But the encoding was no good. Wouldn't play on my laptop -- Pentium Dual-core 1.6ghz, Intel X3100. No video hardware acceleration, I guess. Disappointing. Had to watch in on my old P4 3.2ghz box with an X1600XT -- ran fine, fortunately. I've played plenty of other 720P H.264 ( Matroska container) shows on my laptop before without any trouble. With better image quality to boot. Good episode, though I agree this should've been condensed to two eps. |

| Perhaps it's 3 episodes because some astute soul figured the vast majority of Haruhists would confidently predict that it would be a two parter. The crowning moment, for me, was when he went to bed and I realized the story wasn't going to be wrapped up this week - I laughed out so loudly that two people came from other parts of the house to see what was so funny; only to find me sitting in front of the comp applauding. |

| Err, after watching it for the second time, 12:37 - 12:44 [Mazui subs]... pretty random. Was it that Kyon blushed out of nowhere for Haruhi? They didn't show up Kyon's face when Koizumi sugested the "I love you" thingy, but Koizumi realized something lolol. |

| Wow IT'S OVER 9000! I like summer, but it has to end. I likes fall too >_< At first, I thought I picked the wrong one but then I noticed differences like shirtless Kyon in the beginning. I knew there was no way I could've forgotten or missed that haha. |

| I liked how the atmosphere gradually grew darker. The animation is incredible, too. But... Endless Eight again next week? They're really stretching this out. |

| The beginning was kinda boring, a segment where I was getting bored seeing the same things with some minor differences and thought this was some kinda budget related episode, but the twist was intriguing, and I started to love the episode. |
