| Watching this after completing the game. They are using character desings from later PS version of the game and I'm really not used to it since it doesn't fit so well. The original artwork was maybe more stylized but better overall. Here, they just looks like in every other fantasy anime. At least they got the same voice actors (Gotou Yuuko for Riannon or Ookawa Tooru for Arawn) which is big plus. Still, I like how they toned down expressions and the voices to make everything look more serious. On the other hand, they let the children live whereas in the game Drwc killed them after he got what he wanted which served as subsequent drive for vengeance. All in all, it's different but not bad so far. Wonder if this anime can surpass the game in the end (since there were tons of needless and boring fanservice and SoL scenes, would be good if they concentrate more on the story here) |
| promising first episode... seems like some sort of ancient mythological Celtic fantasy... the setting seems unique for sure. The voice cast for the dub is absolutely excellent. |

| Me in the past.. Could be love this anime.. But for me today.. It's feels so boring.. Even until more than half episode, there's nothing that can make me interest on this.. Maybe bcz I am watching too much? Already predict, etc like.. "Aahh.. it's this kind of anime bla..bla..bla.." It is like, half of me is wanted to watch this.. But deep inside me says "no, i am bored n have enough of this" 😏😅🤔🤨😯 The rate should have 7~8/10 not really special nor interesting one.. Nothing compare the game series that got animated I've played n watched.. |
