| I think it'd be interesting to see (I actually like Twilight), but the wank would be...insurmountable. I mean, Twilight is hated enough on the internet as it is and this would just be like adding fire to the flames, especially for Twilight haters who like anime. I wouldn't be surprised at all if there a fandom war (or several). Fans of the Twilight anime would be bashed forever, and I must admit I wouldn't like crazy Twilight fangirls entering the anime fandom (especially if they'dconsider themselves anime fans because of it). Even if some animation studio managed to fix Twilight up, I'm sure there are some people who would shun anyone involved from fans to the animation studio to the seiyuu... Oh, how chaos would ensue~ |

| Eh, really. I think Vampire Knight still has a better plot than Twilight. Vampire Knight: Long time ago, a girl was rescued by a vampire from another vampire. Now she's the adopted daughter of the headman of Cross Academy, a school that caters to both humans and vampires. Dramu and romance ensue. Twilight: A blatant mary-sue moves into a new place. Guys like shy Bella but she doesn't like them. Sad. First say, she sits next to Edward, who seems to hate her, but he warms up to her over time and eventually saves her. Shit happens, she finds out he's a vampire, more shit happens which involves her getting kidnapped and the two being forced to separate, and then ends with her getting bitten and going to prom. ...IDK, hard to say. |
