| I watched Naruto Shippudden until episode 340. Can't tell the reason why I stopped because I'd spoil it to you. I decided to re-watch it to recall the series and so I can finally finish it. I know this would happen to Asuma but this scene still stings me. Especially the look of despair in Asuma's face. He knew it was over for him. Had any of you almost forgotten about the symbol? It felt eerie when I realized that Hidan was standing on it.π¨ |

| amazing episode. hidan is badass. and asuma's death is sad. i think the filler arc made him much more screentime before this. the only thing bothering me is the amount of running shikamaru had done in order to get to asume. |

| It was such a painful feeling watching Asuma being killed by Hidan, my tears were kept in my heart, because a good character was harmed and could not do anything, while the villain enjoyed the pleasure of death of the opponent. I only regret that this ending was already known from the ending song and flashbacks, if they hid those "spoil" scenes then I think the emotion of the story would be much better. |
