| I'm taking this off of the people around me, but they find japanese humour/ stories weird in general. The creeps that are into incest and lolis are definently not helping and the fact that most of us are attracted to a fictional character will weird them out since uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh its kinda not normal |

Saying that you don't see what they see is not legitimate proof that they're wrong. Feel free to have your doubts on the existence of weebs. But when you declare full certainty on such a subject, then you're going to need some arguments of your own. |

| Because non anime fans, make one wrong assumption. That assumption is if the guy/girl likes something particular in fiction. She most definitely likes it ir is partial towards it in real life. If someone likes villains in anime, then he/she may empathize with them in real life. The other example is, if someone is far to knowledgeable about a topic, non anime fans may find pointless, boring, not worth considering. Yet that person has a developed, detailed and sensible opinion on that topic and has given it A LOT OF thought, then he might be considered a dork, nerd or just plain creepy. Even if the person is passionate about this topic, it's that passion, that others will make fun of and ridicule. |
