Jotaro vs. Dio near the end
Dio's role in Stardust Crusaders in general left a bad taste in my mouth, however, I'll agree that some of the asspulls in that fight were borderline cringeworthy.

I don't know about that, the connection between Dio and the Joestars was mentioned several times during the show and also how

In my opinion this was one of the best and most satisfying fights I have ever seen in a shounen and the thing that made part 3 (which I overall didn't like too much) worthwhile. Dio's genre savyness (for the most part) is just too awesome.

I do, however, agree with your previously mentioned final fight in part 5. Especially annoying since King Crimson is probably my favourite Stand of the entire franchise.

sure it was mentioned, but i still consider it a dumb deus ex,i mean if that's the case then every joestar should be able to

I disslike most anime fights because 90% of them contains supersonic speeds, magical blasts, talking more than fighting, 30 minutes of monologue before a SINGLE HIT, screaming for 10 minutes and similar bullshit. whenever I see such a fight Im wondering why the hell cant they just throw a simple punch to the face instead of talking/screaming/regular energy blasting (which is probably cheapest bullcrap since Dragonball times) and so on. it is rare to see a decent animated fight (I guess its hard to do and/or expensive).

anyway down there in my signature you can see my personal list of best anime fights that keeps as close to real fighting as possible.
please sell me the condom, mister

could you be my condom keeper?
so I could try to fuck her deeper!

please think I m stupid but please dont think I m a troll.

Super Buu (Gotenks) vs Mystic Gohan left a horrible taste in my mouth. No one seems to get the spotlight in DBZ long enough for it to mean something besides Goku, and to a lesser extent Vegeta.

Dragon Ball Z reloaded also known as Marineford war.

I know oda lost any hint of creativity way back but holy shit this one is bad.
Not to mention the dumbest system of any shonen luffy demonstrated there. Even the simple ripple is more creative than this.

Naruto vs pain is underrated.

It did feel like it in the anime due to the 1 chapter per episode pace. It was rather short in the manga, was a bit less than 30 chapters long IIRC (which was 30 episodes but should've been 10-15 if there was more source material to adapt). Not that long of a war when you look at it that way when compared to some other war arcs.

Gohan got the entire spot light in the Cell saga, he should of been more mindful of Buu's absorption.

OT: Pikkon vs Super Perfect Cell. Pikkon defeating Cell was pure shit even though he caught Cell off guard. If Pikkon can't even defeat mastered SSJ1 Goku then how could he defeat Super Perfect Cell who is around SSJ2 level? So glad Buu saga Kai will cut that horrible, nonsensical filler scene.

Because of mind numbing fights and bad storytelling. Each explosion is another great plot, yay magma and ice and earth and light elements ftw.

I always hated how the series blithely degraded previously important characters like Frieza, Cell etc by using them as nothing more than comedic relief later on. They were badass characters that were genuinely feared for decent portions of the series.

My sentiments exactly. The worst examples of that for me were the Pikkon vs Super Perfect Cell fight I mentioned already and the Kid Goku vs Frieza and Cell fight in GT.

Neither were major characters or had had enough development to care about how big they tried to make it. Ace was just some "cool"'character.
And jus because there is a death doesnt make it good, even if they never did that before or probably hardly ever will. (Especially since death is so cheap and habdled badly)

The rest of the arc still stands as a very stupid fight

You may not have cared about them personally but they were not minor characters or anything. They were very important characters in the grand scale of the OP world even if they weren't main Straw Hats or anything and people definitely cared about Ace since he consistently ranked within the top 10 characters in popularity polls.

Recently I can only think of Ippo vs Myiata (I think I spelled this wrong). Which was the first serious match Ippo had. But it left a bad taste on mouth and upsetted me enough to drop the series.

I might eventually pick it, back up when I can get over the negative feeling I felt after it.

Let's see...

To be honest, pretty much every one of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann's fight scenes post time skip. They were just way too over the top for my liking. Flashy sure, entertaining to a degree, but the excessiveness of the fights themselves just left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth once they were finished.

To answer the question at hand. Usually I enjoy fight sequences because that is probably the reason I am watching them. However, most Naruto fights that involve Naruto seem to bother me for some reason. I think it is because they seem to have the most talking. I get restless and think hurry up and hit him already.

Don't you know that Talk no Jutsu is Naruto's strongest and deadliest technique? It's normal to use your best attack in every fight.

The fight against Madara, it took around 100 chapters and I think it's still on going, and as far as I heard, it's just powerups.
Naruto vs the World is also quite crappy. Now his clone is basically stronger than any of his buddies.

The fight between Alucard and Tsukune and Moka felt very underwhelming.

Not only that, but their powers after that.

I mean, armor?

Why not make Tsukune a ghoul again? That was actually pretty cool.

But the resolution kind of ticked me off. Tsukune was hitting it with the milfs, man. MILFS!

It's not that there was something wrong with it. I didn't like that Ippo won. Not only because it was super predictable because of the spectators comments, but also because Ippo only started training seriously for three months and was able to beat him despite the fact that he was training since his childhood. That just rubbed me the wrong way, and I felt really bad for Myiata. I didn't root for Ippo at all, and disliked his happy face when he was about to sleep. It was just left with negative emotions after that episode, and I don't think that was the intention.

That episode had me so confused when I first watched it. I thought my computer was lagging really badly or something but then I realized that made no sense and became confused again. Anyway looking back on it Pein's face is still an endless source of humour.

Aside from that scene. I like that animation, it felt unique and befitting for a high speed fight. I don't exactly wanna see it again in another fight though.

Whenever I feel down I just go watch that vid to brighten my day.

Seriously though, I was really fucking confused too the first time I watched it. Now that I think about it, I'm still confused whenever I watch that particular scene lol

I would suggest you not finish the series then. I haven't even finished it yet, but you'll be pissed off far worse since you didn't like that battle.
