DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Just when you think they've made the craziest 'bread-reaction' ever... ...they go out and make the bread reaction to end all bread reactions: Lord of the Loquats! (LoTR parody) and not only was it an epic reaction, it lasted the whole episode ^_^ man instant classic on my count (makes a note of episode 68 on his anime list) |

| I used to be a huuuuge LOTR fan, so of course I loved this episode. XD It was a fantastic parody... fantastic bread reaction. "Road of the Loquat" = "Biwa no Roodo" = "Yubiwa no Roodo" = "Lord of the Ring(s)"... that's how it worked, if I'm not mistaken XD Since the title of the episode was something like "Road of the Loquat"... |

| Haha definitely Lord of the Rings reference with the one ring and Ringwraiths (Nazgûl) And Gollum or Smeagol xD Loquat reminds me of Berserk's Behelit a lot Ken(shiro) opening the gate reminds me of HunterXHunter Killua's front gate I cried over Magical Loquat What am I doing with my life? xD This is the best reaction for me so far.. this anime knows that they should save the best one for the last |

| A Lord of the Rings parody? Really? I don't think I've ever seen this in an anime before. This is actually a first. Anyways, I think Yakitate Japan has been going haywire throughout its final episodes. There's been a greater emphasis on wacky reactions over the food. The reactions are fun, but when it gets overblown like this, it gets distracting to the point of hijacking the plot. |
| While I do appreciate the LotR reference, this episode did not make the most out of it imo. Just what you would expect. Also they now have one episode left to show the battle against the big baddie and wrap up a 60+ episodes anime... I doubt this will work out. |
