| Not that surprising Noel wants to start a new party. It's like a reset button for him to begin a new journey since trust seems to be an issue in this show. It looks like this episode is the beginning of a partnership between Noel and Alma. How much they will develop both characters will remain to be seen. Alma is scary, not the type of character you'd want to mess with. |

| Ok so one of the main characters that Noel will be teaming up with is here and that is Alma. I'm not sure what's more impressive, Alma's abilities or her outfit but regardless she seems like she'll be a valuable team member and a "big sis" to Noel. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| Honestly didn’t expect to see Noel have another group put together so soon after losing his last one damn he moves quick. Guess he ain’t the greatest “talker” for nothing. Alma showed up and instantly stole the show in this episode for me tho. Bad ass, really pretty and funny as hell. I expect she and Noel relationship to be the bedrock of the rest of this season and I’m here for it. The whole assassins guild backstory is really interesting, they kinda set it up like we’re gonna be on a collision course with them at some point. Loved the training arc as well, Alma’s abilities are really cool. She’s not a conventional onee-san, but I’ll take it! Kind of a lull in the story other than Alma’s introduction today, can’t wait to see what they cook up next ep |

| Good build-up/character introduction episode. Out of all generic fantasy shows in current season this one is probably the best, which is not much as it's still generic af, but fun at least. btw this shot reminded me of a city from nier game. But may be it's just me  |
| Noel hit the jackpot getting Alma as a party member. You can see how well trained she was being able to easily pass that test. I'm looking forward to seeing her destroy a bunch of bandits next time. |

| Really not sure how to feel about this one :/ It's not that interesting to me. I think its just kind of bland. I need to think about it a bit more, but I may end up dropping this one. Hope everyone else enjoys it though! |

| @zyke Calling it a magical artefact is just a cheap way to throw in an object in that doesn't suit its setting. You can toss in the word magic in front of anything and it becomes reason for its existence. It's nothing new to this genre and far from the worst offender but that doesn't mean I can't find it off-putting. I found the stopwatch specifically silly because in attempt to excuse the character from having the ability to keep track of time in their head like any other series would, they instead use technology that doesn't make any sense to exist and is the first, that I can think of, ever seeing a 'magical' digital watch. Surely even you can understand the world building of that show is nothing like this show nor do you know my first impressions of that show. And I brought up your scores because clearly you have no rational thought behind the evaluation of shows, you just go by feeling and mask those as some rational take on things. And you know what? Its honestly better to stick with that than pretending like you know whats good and whats not. |
Definitely a stark contrast to the previous episode—this one was really good. I really enjoy the lore of this series. I’m going to keep watching because "maybe" (I'm not sure) the show will take a turn I didn’t see coming after episode 2🙏  |
| I'm not surprised she got kicked if they are moving towards espionage. She's got a big mouth. Holy shit he's hot. He was complaining about sharing a bed, then proceeds to put pillows in weird spots and take the center of the bed LOL. I have mixed feelings about sharing bed because 1. yes it's a bed BUT 2. either I'll be trying to use them as a pillow disturbing my sleep or me just moving around in sleep disturbing them So jealous of that flexibility. |

| One of the reason I was interested in this anime was because of Alma's character design so good to finally have her here. She's cute and op. Amusing how she wants to act like the big sis. Already liking her a lot. Yu Serizawa's a big plus too. |

| Noel finding new members for his reborn party, and Wolf the Swordsman from Lightning Bite offers a proposition to him to join his party, but it's 21-year-old C-rank Scout Alma that comes to Noel herself because she has a family feud with the Stollen family, though it's her grandfather of Alcot Judikhali, the head of the Society of Assassins that has the long-standing feud. Proving her worth as a legitimate Seeker doesn't take long from Logan challenging her, and indeed she's his granddaughter, joining forces with the grandson of Overdeath...and providing intel of the current Society taking a change from old ways, which is new for Noel. The test for Alma to integrate her skills with Noel's Talker skill, she's definitely born talented to complete his test with a record run, and the latter giving her a rundown of how Seekers like him operate, it certainly is the start of the new foundation. But to hear from Alma that his hard work will never trounce talent, no matter how he learnt from his famous grandfather, it certainly was eye-opening even when he knows it in his heart. Alma is a great support to Noel, she'll go far with him. |

| I like this new girl, tanned beauty with white hair and not only she's not a loli she's an actual adult good, good lol. Also so what if Noel can't fight alone and in the front lines? They're meant to fight in a party anyway. It's like a general being envious of a corporal, it doesn't make sense. |
