| Typical start for a fantasy adventure. Noel, the main guy gets branded with a weak class but he has to somehow make it work. There's also story lore about the abyss, short flashbacks, and they also introduced some of the main cast. Seems they're sticking this anime with a more serious vibe as an fantasy anime. First episode felt like it was kinda all over the place but idk, maybe they can flesh the character development more. |

| Novelist Jaki's lone work of a fantasy series, it's quite the dark fantasy vibe that's going for. Kohta Yamamoto is back with his OST, and it's definitely better than last season's Maougun with BAND-MAID's Saiki and Aaamyy. The Talker of Noel Stollen, after losing his grandfather, the fearsome and indomitable devil of Brandon "Overdeath" Stollen, who's met his match dying as the venerable strongest Seeker. And his grandson taking on the mantle of never accepting death, Noel now leads one such party of his own. Together with Walter the Warrior, Lloyd the Swordsman-cum-leader and Tanya the Healer, the C-ranked party of Blue Beyond, Noel's the Scout's Talker support class may be the weakest, but it's the foundation of the party in buff effects and his own offense attacks, especially when dealing with a strong monster queen and her kin that Noel almost grazed death to survive through his tactics. At least the Velnant Empire's imperial capital Etrai is unique in its world being a magi-engineering land of prosperity, and the party of 4 has made enough strides to make them rich, if only supported by Noel and his Talker skill alone, which ires Walter all the more with his drunken stupor. But the party as it is being a subcontracted clan, they don't earn as much even though high-paying job have filled their capital, and starting a clan with about 7 million in toll from the 13 mil they have to fill the 20 mil requirement from the government, Noel understood his assignment to give the rest a pep talk to start their rise to create their own clan. This is Noel's dream to surpass his grandfather, and Lloyd concedes to him, with none the wiser that both Lloyd and Tanya backed out of the deal fast. This show's definitely a fantasy alright, but what difference has this got to the table to stand out? Not by much, as of now. |

| Yea this shit looks fire so far. Seen the books in Barnes and noble all the time but never went for it. I’m always a sucker for a good dark fantasy. AND YAMAMOTO KOHTA OST ?!! Yoo what’s up with these lowkey underrated shows getting his stamp of approval lately. Last season we had Maogun, but this looks way better. Bro literally got famous off being a yapper? lmao this is a pretty cool gimmick actually. Rather than focusing on an overpowered main character, we got a dude who can talk his way out of any situation and acts in a support/leadership role in combat. Think the cave fight was a nice little taste of how the fights in this story can go, with Noel being able to use a little bit of magic but still having to rely on his teammates for the heavy lifting. I get a little bit of solo levelling vibes as well with the abyss and ranker stuff too. Starting their own clan does actually make a lot of sense to cut out the middle man. Even if it requires a big investment up front, it’ll pay off more in the end and Noel sees the bigger picture, but yea you could tell something was up with Lloyd and Tanya during that whole speech. They also used the snake imagery during that scene.. funny because Walter ended up staying and he’s the guy who was butting heads with Noel that you’d think would leave. The other two party members they’re supposed to get based on the OP look dope tho so I’m excited to see where this goes |

| Pretty meh to be honest, but I'll give it another episode to see if it worth sticking around and also a dark fantasy setting is kinda my thing and with the twist at the end it I might as well give it another shot. |
| Animation looks decent but somehow the eyes of the MC are that of a girl. We got another underdog series this season. P.S. The romance part looks dubious. Tanya likes the MC so much for some reason, the big guy likes Tanya to be his woman (which is kinda rapey, it's rather gross when I'm watching it, even Tanya doesn't want to be with muscle-head), the leader looks like a lover to Tanya... then they eloped together... lols Okay, I'm intrigued on how they'll solve this problem of theirs. (I still dislike the MC's face but the voice was okay) @Lurik259 the strategist part is kinda Log Horizon but the buffs are not really attractive. It's rather an offense to even call this the worst LH. ๐ |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| man saw that coming they were obviously against the idea and moreover didnt wanna go trough with it but cant believe the big guy was also screwed typically just the MC gets screwed in situation like this but thinking back on it they did not seem to like the big guy so it does make sense |

| Thought this was a getting kicked out of the party trope for a bit there but when the convo happened I knew those two would run lol. Funny how the muscle brain turned out to be a better guy when he was giving the impression of an asshole at first. OP was pretty nice, ED song was whatever but liked the vocal. Eh not sure about this one but maybe I'll binge at the end of the season. So many animes this season so prolly won't be watching weekly for now. This seems like the type better to binge watch too. Edit: Okay I just looked up and yeah no wonder I liked the vocal, it's from the same singer as BNA ending song. |

| Kind of a boring premise and start, I doubt I'll get too far into this one. Didn't really expect much tho so no real disappointment, if anything I'm more surprised it came out already. Honestly surprised that the big guy didn't bail on him at the end as well. Still pretty boring |

| Pretty decent start to this anime, they covered the basics we needed. That party would have died without a talker, those skills Noel used were incredibly useful. It's a shame they got betrayed at the end, but I have a feeling Lloyd & Tanya will greatly regret that decision. |

| Very boring first episode. 24 minutes and only one thing happened right at the end. No likable characters or hooks at all |
Interesting. When I saw the trailer, I said to myself, I don't plan to watch this series. But then reading the synopsis of the series, I gave it a chance. And so far it looks interesting, it's an interesting point of view for a protagonist. |

| The show seems a bit edgy at first glance. plus with how most people are mentioning how the MC looks girl-ish. It doesn't help that show has the mc looking 'suspect' at times. Even the grandfather speaks about how the lads appearance is similar to his daughter( the kids mom). Also those bug warriors looked cool almost like its from solo leveling. On the other hand those weird cyclops goblin spider monsters are ugly as all hell. All in all, the show seems "meh." From what is shown the mc wants to be the world's greatest talker... ( Ironic it's not a female lead.) Merlin( Seven Deadly Sins) or MC you decide below. :v   |

| Sheesh this series got an anime. I really liked the manga and been reading it for a while so seeing it in animation is cool. I know it's adapted from the LN but I'm still looking forward to it. So far I think the first episode is pretty solid, there's nothing in particular that I hate. I'm just hoping they can keep it up lol. We do have some clichés though but it's just the uzhe. If it becomes average then it is what it is. Well, I actually have some extra things to say but it's spoilers and I don't feel like using the spoiler tag for it lol. |

Bruv, you haven't seen shit. It gets way way way way WAY better, trust me. The lore is so freakin' good and captivating and the characters most especially Noel, Alma, and Koga are such an entertaining bunch. I believe the anime will adapt here and there and might not be a good job but it should still be watchable.
But yes, it's getting BETTER fr.
Oh, and a lot of people seem to get the idea Noel is another of those "MCs that have the weakest class or ability and the skill ends up becoming the strongest out there" bleh. No, it's not that. I can't tell you how he does it without spoiling it and what's to come. But just look forward to it. Cause bruv, the plot is just so GOOD.
