| I usually prefer heroes, but if the heroes in an anime are dull or underwhelming, I find myself more drawn to the villains, especially if they’re more entertaining or charismatic. |

| Villains, I usually can't dislike them because some writers try to make the viewer hate the villains, and I usually see through and deny that scheme. However there still are a few villains that I dislike, but not because they're bad guys. |

Heroes often stand for the status quo. If you are a loser in the status quo the villains sometimes offer a greater future in some cases. |
