Actually JoJo Part 2 is also my favorite, but since JoJo anime (2012) consists of both Part 1 and 2 then I choose Part 3 to be my most favorite, I like Part 2 so much but not really a fan of Part 1 :)
Yeah I don't really understand either why some people hate Part 3, I guess "enemy of the week" format isn't for them
