| after 2 (or was it three?) boring, unfunny and sometimes annoying eps in a row, I was on the verge of dropping this show. but thankfully this one was a genuinely good episode. I was really worried that dog was going to bite her. |

| The class had a hard time deciding on an idea, lacking creativity, until Sakaki proposed a stuffed animal exhibit anonymously, which finally helped them reach a decision. Sakaki finds Tadakichi-san, a pet she can safely pet without fear. She spends a long time with him, while Chiyo-chan becomes worried about the time. Tomo wears a cat costume and playfully scares their classmates, including Yomi. Chiyo, wearing a too-big costume, unintentionally frightens others. The exhibit becomes a huge success, attracting many visitors and resulting in the sale of stuffed animals. |
| Wonder why they never made Chiyo president in the anime. Seems kind of weird considering they kept all the same plot points. They added the scene where they made the costumes though which is super cute. Tadakichi is a man of character. I weep. Tomo just bum rushing the halls in the cat costume. I would've done something like this. |

| Even though i don't really watch Slice of Life, Azumanga Daioh is one of the most interesting ones lol. It mostly doesn't make sense, yet intriguing. |

| Chiyo behind the large desk just looks so precious. Tomo intentionally putting a "donation" inside a freaking suggestion box is something I never thought I'd see in an anime. A class doing a stuffed animal theme for a culture fest? That was a really unique idea. Good job Sakaki. Mr. Tadakichi is a really big dog. So big that Chiyo can ride it. Damn. And also Sakaki really has a thing for all sorts of animals. It's a good thing Mr. Tadakichi is domestic. I was worried for her for a second there... Kimura be living 20 years in the future by asking for pool water in which girls swim in. How the hell is Kimura not fired from this school yet? Lmao. I genuinely felt sad for Sakaki as no one bought one of the dog/cat stuffed animals... That stupid kid could've gotten it for free but she declined. Poor Sakaki. That parade was weird but funny. It's funny how Tomo ropes people into doing ridiculous things with her. There were so many good moments in this episode. The next episode seems like it'll take a weird turn. |
| This unfunny, repulsive "teacher" is single-handedly sinking this otherwise-charming oddball of an anime. I was hoping that he was only going to show up occasionally as a background gag, but he's getting way too much screen time every single episode. I'm holding on for dear life until the "hello, every-nyaaan" cat shows up... |
