| Not a bad episode, I suppose. It did feel a tad bogged down with Diablos EX Machina, though. Also, what the fuck did the guy who stole the water think he was going to achieve? He's stuck in a caved-in tunnel! |
| Probably my favourite episode so far. Otonashi's story got a great conclusion (which reminds me that I have to register for the organ donor thing...) and the twist towards the end of the episode was nice. It finaly seems that the series is building towards some kind of conclusion since up until this episode it seemed that the authors were just making the story up as they go. It seems kind of anti-climatic that the leader of SSS would be the first to go but maybe that just means that the big ending will be Kanade's story, which is something I'd like to see. |

On second thought, it doesn't have to be pain, just something that you can't live to your fullest while having it on your mind. Maybe this place is a purgatory, where God sent these people to solve their problems, because they are people who deserve to have their problems resolved. They might all have issues, but I think they are pretty happy with being together. I can't watch them interacting and doing the thins they do and think they hate being together. Considering Otonashi doesn't have a clue what is ahead it's pretty crazy to decide to force them to move on. Maybe they would go to heaven, maybe they would fade into oblivion, or maybe they would be reincarnated and lose who they are. Since those who are gone can't say anything there are a lot of possibilities. I don't think working out problems is so bad, but the way Otonashi is going about it. He's going to sneak around finding out the problems of the various members and then do something about it so they will vanish. He is destroying the SSS no matter what his reasons are. When those who are left find out about this it will be quite the painful crisis for all of them. Something about the situation just doesn't sit right with me. Otonashi just decided to drop everything and stop caring about what the SSS members think or want. Just deciding for them what they want and thinking he knows what's good for them. |

While I thought Otonashi's past was interesting, my opinion remains unchanged from the first part: overused much, ESPECIALLY the "dying just as rescue comes, ohnoes!" part. Tenshi is getting on my nerves too (again, same as last episode). So basically we learn that they've got it all wrong? Boohoo. Then Otonashi decides he's gonna help them "rest in peace" w/o even considering what THEY want ... okay ... you do that then o_O All in all, I hope the last few episodes are better, but I doubt that. Past few episodes have brought my intended score down quite a bit |

Damn, I want it, the bgm. |

| The rescue team wasnt all that bad. They were saved were they not? and if it werent for them arriving late then otonashi wouldnt have signed the donor part in the card and wouldnt have inspired everyone else to do so. Otonashi ended up as an exellent addition to SSS. Although i want to see something like if otonashi were to disappear then he would wake up in the hostpital with Igarashi and the other survivors praising him as the hero. (just a thought) (^_^) |
| The organ donor part was a nice addition to the episode. Otonashi died a hero....right before they broke through and saved everyone else. Tough luck on his part. The moral of this episode: be an organ donor. And go to school. And don't get the student council president removed from office. |

| From the video preview, I actually thought that next ep. will be Hinata's turn since there's a lot of baseball imagery there (and we all know his backstory). And after he disappears, Yui will say her line "All my happiness has been taken away." Going to realm of speculation, I assume she meant about Hinata, and further speculating, she might discover Otonashi working against them. If this is true, I sense complication. |
| I did see quite a bit of baseball so I figured it was either going to be that they were going to help Hinata out but indirectly see Yui, or take care of both of them. Either way, somebody's gone next week. |

This anime became unpredictable ...I mean we don't even know what is Otonashi going to do in order to erase everybody ...if he'll be able to , thats it ! Next episode there's either Hinata or Yui in the prime to dissapear ! So, there are 3 more to go ! It's quite interesting to know ...how will all of them dissapear in such a short matter of episodes ! |

| I lovelovelove LOVE this show so much. I actually cried during the whole thing with them being trapped and I thought in the end they would all die, if only that guy wouldn't have taken the water, he would've had enough to live through it. I usually don't cry much in animes either. ^.^ |

But damn, that moment was so nice, the bgm and everyone filling their donor cards were great synced! |
