| Can someone please tell me if the protagonist’s friend is going to be this annoying the entire season? I don’t want to deal with a Himari 2.0—I’ve had enough of that pain. And to top it off, she has the same voice actress. |

| First episode done. Akiteru seems to be quite the boy himself + Iroha ofc with her perso which is a bit entertaining to watch to say the least. |

| hmm! good looking, good premise, good writing, and JC Staff (according to the credits) did alot of work on it alongside the 'main credit' studio Blade. now from Blade i've watched 'The Silver Guardian S2' which Blade did alongside Chinese studio/producer Emon (who hired Haoliners Animation League to do S1). great work! i've also seen 'The Greatest Demon Lord Is Reborn as a Typical Nobody' which Blade did alongside SILVER LINK annnd that one was barely above average. then i saw Blade work with SILVER LINK again for the knocked out of the park awesome 'Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!'. finally, i've only seen the first two eps of Blade/SILVER LINK working on 'The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious'. but it is in a semi-perm holding pattern till i feel like restarting it from Ep1. i just couldn't get into that one too deeply, it didn't hook me. i haven't started 'I Have a Crush at Work' just yet. it was on my to-do list for Winter '25 but i haven't gotten around to it. so... i have zero experience watching Blade's work 'solo' on a title... just their collabs... of which i've found great/awesome or average or couldn't snag my attention hard enough. to me, that is an abysmal track record for an anime studio. too many shows that were good or bleh or meh and not enough 'knock my socks off' titles. so far with just Episode 1? 'Imouza' isn't... killing me with awesomeness. but it didn't bore me to death either. mhmm yeah i'm on the fence with this one, but i'll give it 'The Three Episode Rule'. |
