| I've got it on Prime Video, unexpected place for that series! Great start, of course as weird as Dandadan, but it's interesting. I have absolutely no idea what's going to happen in this series but it's a good first episode. |

| Seeing Paru Itadaki's design animated in 2D is actually so jarring, her artstyle is so atypical no wonder no studio picked up Beastars early on. I still can't get over the fact the reason this manga exists to begin is because she wanted to have sex with Santa since childhood and she admitted that fact. Also if you people are wondering why this is so weird, the author of this is the daughter of the guy who made Baki, literally all of you questions should be answered. Perfect fit for Science Saru to finally adapt something that is really unconventional and not some mediocre shonen that is slightly weirder than usual. |
| Beastars and now this. Author-san has some vivid imagination for real. Weak premiere overall. Visuals as well as art-style are dope but the first impression of both MCs left a lot to be desired. |

| DAMM BUFF SANTA... wow, such an interesting unhinged premise, and the feel of this is right up my alley. I really love the animation style; it gives off such Tim Burton vibes, and I'm all for it! I really cannot wait to see how the next episode unfolds. |

| I hadn’t heard about the manga before, so this was a real surprise. The story is so promising and pretty unique, and the characters are so interesting that I got hooked immediately from episode one. Science SARU really didn’t hold back this time so this was the perfect show for them to work on, and I hope it only gets better from here. |

| Great ep Sanda dumb asl for not avoiding a crazy girl like Fuyumura. Highkey thought Fuyumura was a man. Weird design ngl. Damn bro temporarily died fr. Truly wasn't expecting that. He really is Santa Claus, but this abilities are pretty cool. Good to know that Sanda is decently smart, but the animation looked great. Hopefully they find Ono, but who is that guy behind the door? Interesting premise. 9/5/10 |

| Fuyumura is insane. If Santa Sanda really wants to help her, he'd take her to a padded cell. At first I thought she'd be a descendant of Jack Frost assuming all the kids have latent abilities. Now, I'm thinking something/someone more sinister. |

| If the creator of Beastars made such a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, I’m not surprised she now has a manga where Santa Claus is the protagonist. It’s totally bonkers—but in a good way. The animation is strong. The story is bizarre and original. |

| Wow... I really love the artstyle and character designs!! It kinda reminds me of The Nightmare Before Christmas, especially Fuyumura. The opening scene instantly got me hooked. Like, straight to the point and super unexpected. I was so surprised, omg. Never thought we’d get a story about Santa Claus’ descendants :'D and in a mystery setting too! That’s awesome. At first I thought Sanda had to "die" every time he transformed, but turns out all he needs is to put on something red hahah. The ED’s so chill and the lyrics match the theme perfectly. |

| I thought I started the wrong episode LOL I had to pause and make sure I was on the first episode because I felt like maybe I had missed something. Is anyone getting Tim Burton vibes from Shiori? For some reason that's what immediately came to mind when I saw her. I think this was an okay episode overall though. Idk I was like kind of looking forward to it when I first read about it but then after watching this first episode... Idk it might not be for me. I might give it another one or two episodes before deciding if I'll drop it or not but yeah I feel like this one's just not for me. The art style gives me a Tim Burton vibe if it was anime which is really cool. @Magicmist good to know I'm not the only one who thought that :) |
