| Damn, directing of the first 2/3 minutes was fantastic, loved the addition of the manga like drawings. Same with the fight against Big Mom, loved the quick but easy to follow cuts when Law was jumping around. Big Mom's "Misery" attack was insane! Holy this entire episode was just fantastic, maybe it doesn't get the same hype as the Zoro fight but this was probably one of the better full episodes recently. |

| Those Kidd flashback stills were so well drawn man It almost started to feel like a glorified recap episode in the first half Did we just get new frames for the festival at Wano? Tonal whiplash switching between Momo and Wano music tho Unique use of her abilities of BM to heal her bones Good animation on the BM fights And no BS, no talking straight up fighting too? How often does that happen, freaking epic Rest in peace, Kidd Hot damn, Law's sword This episode sure does show the brutality of Big Mom And the epicness of Kidd and Law Great episode!!! |

| The direction for this ep felt odd, not that it's bad, it's just that it's unlike any of the previous eps before it. And true enough, this ep was directed by an entirely new director, Henry Thurlow. The first ever non-Japanese director for One Piece episodes. Massive W. I like how we see monotone frames of the past events that Kid has experienced as we are foreshadowed of his Damned Punk final attack, then it's cut back to the present day where we see the most boring part of the ep, which is the recap/flashback, before actually seeing the main meat of the episode. Law and Kid battle against Big Mom. The level of erratic movement is pretty crazy, I really especially love the POV on Law's barrage of hit-and-run attacks where we get a 3rd person's perspective of Law rapidly teleporting to attack and evade Big Mom. That is something I've always wanted to see from Law's ability that has finally been granted. That was spectacular! And then we're finally back from where the foreshadowing was left off from. The final double combo attack where Law punctures through Big Mom and deep into the Earth below followed by Kid's final execution of Damned Punk's laser/railgun shot. |

| The opening for this episode is tremendous. Watching Kid, struggling to breathe, blood everywhere, his life flashing before his eyes, all hope seems lost yet he still hasn't given up! Even while on the brink of death, he still prepares his next attack. Fantastic choices where made in the direction of this episode. That opening scene made me care about Kid a part from his role in the overall story. Hell of a job Toei! This is among the finest moments in One Piece. And Law dropping a building on Big Mom, then blasting a hole through the Earth's crust into the mantle was dope as fuck too hahaha XD |
| Animation on this was was seriously crazy compared to others. I've been quick to say many episodes are just terrible, but this one shines in the garbage or recaps and slow episodes |

| Am the only who got goosebumps through the entire episode? The black and white illustrations at the start of the episodes and fights, Misery etc. Everything about this episode was godly. OMG! |
| Outstanding episode. Momonosuke’s reaction to the giant sword haha. I feel like Big Mom is finally doubting about the result, she said, I die or you die some episodes before. Learning more about Kid’s abilities and Law fighting like a badass, I guess it is about to end. |
