| I can't believe this anime, man. It gets so intense during the action scenes but absolutely hilarious during the calm moments, haha. That car scene between Momo and Ken was so adorable and surprising, Momo turned out to be pretty bold! Is she starting to like Ken now? If so, I’m totally here for it! Putting Momo and Ken aside, that post-credit scene was one of the funniest ever. With just a drop of soy sauce, Jin completely transformed into Evil Eye, flipping the whole table with everyone around it in the process. His pose while doing absolutely killed me, haha. Jin aside, I have to say, Tomokazu Sugita is such a perfect pick for Taro. He’s hilarious in every role he plays, and that really enhances the comedic vibe of Taro’s character in the anime. That said, I also loved seeing Aira again! I’ve really missed her since season one! |

| It feels like it has been a long time since we last saw Aira, but her time with Chiquitita was god damn adorable that I'm glad that she's finally back. =) As for Jiji, knowing that he's able to switch in and out of his evil eye mode from the temperature of water or other liquid that hits him does make his situation pretty risky. Sadly, when things looked to be under control, one drip of soy sauce was enough to awaken his mode and Seiko's house gets engulfed in an explosion. Trying to get him under control is going to be difficult. On a brighter note, Momo and Okarun touching fingers together in the car ride back home was really sweet and wholesome. You can see the romantic feeling between them growing ever so slightly stronger, which is really nice to see. |

Don't remember there being a Ranma 1/2 OP reference in the manga(Ok there was) Except for the change triggered by hot and cold water, here it was easy to recognize because of the catchy melody of the OG Ranma OP.

This felt like a much needed episode after the previous four. Yeah, and it was my favorite of season 2 by a wide difference. If showing live action food (for reasons unknown as a song from The Killers, i guess) and lampshading Aira's zero screentime until now was enough already... oh, well, the big one thing is just obvious. Barely had the time of thinking "JijiRanma" when his situation was explained, and what does he do one second after? He openly sings OP 1 from the original 1989 series. WOW. This honesly outdid Slam Dunk references from season 1, at least for my opinion. Almost everything else was cool too, starting from Aira openly disliking Mantis but adoring playing with his son, to the sort-of hand holding scene, finally returning briefly at school and showing those two girls and their external reaction to the previous arc events ("which giant worm?"), and all that laughable act about not wanting to sleep under the same roof. Too bad the sauce went around, after a bait and switch i didn't fall for, and... that old creepy lady wasn't arrested like the rest of the bunch and showed a newer frightening form too. |

First there was the Urusei Yatsura The Final Chapter reference in Season 1 and now there's a pretty massive Ranma 1/2 reference with the hot and cold water thing.
