| Seriously, can we have a hero in this show whose family doesn’t go through something tragic lol. Then again, I guess it’s what fuels them to be an even better hero, so there’s that at least. Though this time, it’s kind of the reason he stopped being a hero, so it’s the opposite. Crazy cause it seems like he’s pretty vital to the heroes if THE man himself X wanted him to come back. But going back to the whole 'something tragic happens to fuel them' thing, I guess that ended up being true for little Johnny at least. Definitely interested to see who it was that made Ghostblade kill our boy like that... like jeez. Got a bit more time with this one compared to the last couple heroes, two more episodes to be exact, so I’m definitely interested to see how it all plays out. Also, that Ghostblade cameo at the end:o Glad to see we'll be seeing more of him even if it isn't his arc anymore. |

| “What about me? Was I a star in the sky too?” “You chose mama and papa and that’s how we became a family”. 😭 yea you knew this episode was gonna break us. The start of Little Johnny and Sheng’s arc was tragic as we expected. I like how they focused so much on the family dynamic they had. Even after the mom’s death, Sheng tried his best to protect his son and give him a somewhat normal life, but as we’ve seen time and time again from these situations. You might be done with the life, but it’s never done with you So we got our first look at the alien ship and who would’ve guessed an alien was with us the whole time in the form of Big Johnny! The commission’s greatest target was right with him the whole time. RIP Little Johnny’s mom. We didn’t see a lot of her, but you could really feel how much she cared for her husband and son. Her few mins on screen said all we needed to hear.😢 It was only a few minutes, but just seeing Sheng raising Little Johnny and then little Johnny starting to raise big Johnny as his own son was such a sweet experience. I wish they could’ve had more time to be together.. losing both parents at such a young age.. it’s remarkable Johnny still smiles the way he does. So from what I’m gathering, someone framed Sheng and made it seem like he leaked information which caused the hit to get placed on him, but why? I thought it was vortex since he kinda threatened him earlier, but I think it was rock now. We already know from the E soul arc the type of shit he’s capable of.. so Ghostblade killed a good dude, but he did it under the impression that Sheng had done some bad shit therefore keeping my Ghostblade agenda alive. So next episode should be pretty crazy. We got the past stuff to wrap up and Little Johnny in present day with him knowing about Ghostblade being involved in his dad’s murder. |

| If Big Johnny was found at a crashed alien ship, I have to wonder if it was the same ship material Loli's suit was made out of. Either way, quite a find by Sheng. It's interesting to see another X with Vortex. Since we already know Ghostblade is the true killer of Little Johnny's dad. It's quite misfortunate of him that he's the current target of Big Johnny's kaiju wrath. Also, it seems like not even superpowers can be the panacea for all of life's ills. It's tragic that Sheng couldn't save his wife by going the hero route. |

| What a cute, wholesome and sad backstory, it's just too tragic... A little happy family that just want to do over and live a peaceful life away from chaos. How would Little Johnny take it if he learned that Ghostblade was the one who did it... and how would Ghostblade react when he learned Little Johnny is Sheng's son... So Big Johnny is an Alien, well he does look like one... were the spacecraft in that place the same one that Loli's Dad discovered? or it could be a different one. Sheng was working for Shang De? I love how Little Johnny became friends with those kids, tell me they survived and that nothing more tragic happens. |

So Little Johnnies father got murdered and we've two suspects on the scene, Vortex and Ghostblade. Everyone probably assumes Ghostblade is the culprit because he is an assassin without much of a concious, at least in the old days. But then Vortex seems like a real cold customer so maybe it was actually him? |

| unbelievably overrated, holy cow this show hasn't been good for a while now and really should not have been made at this point. only now is there any world-building and it's scant. also can't come to like any of the characters. |

Maybe the person that ordered esoul to kill moon is the same person that ordered ghost blade to kill sheng.. They both tried quitting the hero life
| @sunmegane Original Nice commited suicide instead of quitting. And miss J said it was a choice that they all have to make. That adds to your hipothesis. But the guy in the orphanage was retired. --- It can not be coincidence that Vortex visited Sheng asking him to come back, refuses, and after he leaves Ghostblade killed him. It was like a mafia thing. He even said that Sheng knew it was not Ghostblade that wanted him dead. Also that it was for knowing too much. -- |
