| Iris got some superiority complex going on ngl. Deserved the beating. Literally the only reason why she wants the Midgar Kingdom against Shadow Garden is because she cannot accept there are people stronger than her. Anyw this series is good I'm quite invested I must say. But the main plot is still unclear so far, its a fun watch though. |
| I still don't understand how anyone is unable to see shadows face. Pretty average overall, the humour doesn't seem hit and the action is just fine, better than the average isekai at least. most importantly, I don't like how they glossed over all his mob-fu techniques, almost telling the viewer "better be happy we even bothered to include those". The "I am atomic" eargasm is nice tho, this episode left me wanting more of that by not completing the whole sentence. |

| Damn Iris, obsess much? Anime was alright, that final arc didn't make too much sense to me. What, Princess whatever just shows up, kills her dad, and lets Asshat just fucking leave? And Beatrix and Iris spend the whole ep fighting the dude who is decidedly NOT the villain in this whole enterprise? It was a nice fight tho. 7/10 for the series. |
| Now this was epic! And what a great fight! I almost feel bad for Iris, she did not even meddle in Shadow Hand operations yet she got absolutely humiliated by Shadow. Her obsession with the organization after they saved her sister is her own fault though.. And Beatrix was really just looking for a reason to fight. I wonder why she is looking for Alpha. I hope the other girls are not letting Perv get away. I was not expecting Rose to get recruited, I mean I kinda saw it coming after the possession but still. But as a low ranking member I guess she isnt going to find out Cid is Shadow any time soon. I think that might be a potential leak coming.. Also the whole shelly situation.. its going to end badly isnt it? The short scene on the tower also made me curious if there is more to this whole reincarnation thing or not. You can never be sure with this show. Super looking forward to season 2. I have not binged a show like this in ages. |

| had an awesome ride here. this was like a balancing act between 2 extremities, a serious action, and a fun comedy. it blended nicely, something id hoped konosuba could have (their story progression isnt really serious iirc) idr when but ig shadow accepted the fact that yep, everything he thought off were actually real. it reminded me of something else i loved when i was a kid, bht i cant really remember what. it was like the boy who cried wolf, but it was all true all along. this brought back some fun memories wow, s2 git delayed, ah well still a fun watch lol |

| First half of this episode was awesome, second half was solid but not amazing. I was worried in the middle that Shadow was gonna kill thousands of innocent people lol. I’m glad he didn’t I wonder why Iris is sooo angry at Shadow haha. Sure he’s wreaked a bit of havoc but like, Shadow Garden are the ones actually taking care of all the bad guys!! The pink haired girl and her revenge craze is pretty cool. It’s a bummer her fake dad was the real bad guy Rose joining Shadow Garden is cool, but that bit at the end felt a bit sad and unnecessary XD Keen to see more of the others, like Charlie (?) with the blonde hair and waifu ears Was hoping for a mad cliffhanger or something! Ah well at least S2 is just a few weeks away :D I think I give this season a 9.4/10, rounding down to 9/10 on MAL 👍 |
