| What a great episode for real. Their fight is really enjoyable. Also that skill to move all the audiences was unexpected. Can't imagine if they stay there what will happened. Finally Broughtston can feel what his family always do. |
| This anime is what "I Parry Everything" wish it could be. "I Parry Everything" turned the protagonist into a complete fucking moron, with no challenge or struggle. In comparison, this anime actually showed the protagonist going through hell, and even then, he can't exactly surpass his master (only being "equal") instantly. NPC's were equally fun or well done, far better than most anime do. Overall, enjoyed this a lot. 9/10, adding it to my new stack. :P |
| I'm amazed at how good this series became over the episodes. First half was standard stuff nothing too special but after the first half when Rick realises he's strong the series got amazing. Like Angelica's whole story arc and that fight at the end of it with teaching her how strong she can be was so good. And of course the final fight was PEAK! This is definitely a great example of the context of the fight matters a lot. Seeing Broughston lose his stoic expression and his dream coming true was so good! I loved it. I'm really glad I decided to pick this series back up after having it on hold for a while. For me the character development and character relationships in this series was the highlight. Seeing Rick go from E-rank nothing to being a core member of the party, both in terms of power and closeness to them (Mainly the Broughston and Reanette stuff) was great. I'm definitely gonna be re-watching this series in the near future. Lately I havent been that into anime but this might have sparked my motivation to pick up more series. |

| orc's background was a nice climax for the series, it showed that rick also had something to show for and added proper substance to the fight buildup. I just do not understand why they decided to make it so superficially inflated just so they can fight the finals of the fist tournament. it defeated the whole purpose of rushing to find the crystal orb on offer to the winner, just so much logically wasted energy to fight to the death?? |

| Pretty fun watch. Sucks for the audience members to not even be able to follow the movements of the final DBZ like battle, have to listen to a backstory conversation in the middle of it then get teleported out not even being able to watch what they can lol |
| A fight between S ranks is like a clash of gods, beyond the reach of ordinary people. But Rick had the drive to turn that dream into reality and joined them. What really makes the heart come alive is the bond between master and disciple. Fanservice is nice, but this hits deeper—and that people is ME. We even got the classic shounen power-up. Still, it's an awesome brawl between tough guys. Wholesome and manly—pretty sure my beard grew. FANTASTIC finale. Started off OK, but slowly became a seasonal fave. Such a fun show.
