The first time I took it, it gave me an energetic K-pop song (I can't remember the name) and that didn't vibe with me. The second time I took the quiz I got "Master of Music" by The Cat's Whisker, which was much more inline with my style of music. Much more chill and laid back. π€ If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? One of the vocalists reminds me of the guy who does the English rapping in Persona games - that's definitely a compliment. The chill, lo-fi hip-hop beat with soft vocals make for good lounge music. The focus is on the rhythm, which is easier to hear without overpowering vocals. The hook was simple, but catchy. π€ What do you think about the group's character designs? Once again, I'm getting Persona vibes. Not with any of the latest games, but older titles such as P3. Not really my style, it started out with some rap which I answered I disliked in the quiz and the chorus was a bit too repetitive. I will admit it's kinda catchy, but it's not a song I'd want to listen to more than once. The aesthetics were nice though. I like the character designs, probably my favorite thing about the group. I remember when Paradox Live The Animation (the anime) first got announced, the poster and character designs immediately caught my eye and I was thinking of watching the show solely for that. Red-haired guy looks pretty cute, not into characters with glasses so I'd probably like white-haired boy more if he didn't wear those. I love the female character's design, she looks really cool and seems like someone I would love to chill/hang out with if I was able to get past her cold-looking exterior. All in all, very slick-looking characters with great fashion sense. π€ After retaking the quiz, which group (or song) do you prefer? I got cozmez - Better Dayz after retaking the quiz. This song is more to my taste, it's more chill and also more up-lifting/feel-good. Can't say I really like the song itself much either though, the vocals aren't my favorite. Personally, I listen to more artists like keshi, niki, thuy and the likes with some occasional edm, however, I don’t think this would particularly stop me from listening to their music because I like almost all genres of music. If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? I really enjoyed the song, the chill lo-fi vibe was wonderful and the lyrics are surprisingly good, the rap integration took me by surprise but I did enjoy it. It is a very catchy song and just gonna add it to my playlist :3 What do you think about the group's character designs? After I listened the song I went to look up the characters and the design is very detailed, the outfits are coordinated very good and fit each character. The music style in "1Nm8 - Break Outta Here" was alright but not 100% to my taste, I could totally have that playing in the background but the lyrics weren't my kind of thing. π€ If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? The character designs are more muted than I expected, usually these sorts of things are very overdone and flashy so that was a nice change of pace. After retaking the quiz I got "The Cat's Whisker - MASTER OF MUSIC" and I couldn't even finish the song. The music style wasn’t to my taste; I’m not the biggest fan of upbeat-sounding hip hop (much prefer it to be laid back or angsty-sounding), and I thought the English lyrics were trite. I’m not sure how influenced the music is by k-pop because I haven’t listened to much, but if it is, it definitely does not help that I have zero interest in/affinity for k-pop. I didn’t exactly dislike the song, as I mildly enjoyed the inclusion of a piano; I just wasn’t interested in the group, got bored of the song, and could barely make myself finish it. I checked the rock and classical options on the preferred genres question, and I am wondering whether the results those answers contributed to would have been more to my tastes. However, I’d guess that this series’ music style in general probably just isn’t my thing because I’m brutally picky when it comes to music. π€ If the music wasn't to your taste, what did you think about the group? I wasn’t really that captivated by them. I’m pretty sure the color palette I picked matched theirs, though. Black hair guy had an interesting voice. Pink guy’s verse about wanting to eat kaarage felt uninspired at first. π€ Was the group's music style to your taste? Or are you interested in another group? I didn't know much about this whole franchise. The group's music sounds a lot like K-pop or J-idol pop, which I really like, so this song was the perfect result for me (I'm gonna retake the test to see if anything else catches my interest!). The group looks colorful, and I like feel-good music, as soon as the song started I immediately knew I was gonna like it. π€ If you enjoyed the song(s), what did you like about it? The song "Be A Star", sounds cheerful and gives off good vibes. It uses a common K-pop formula, so it didn't feel entirely strange to me even though I didn't know this group. π€ What do you think about the group's character designs? They look handsome and colorful, I especially like the guy with the blue highlights in his hair, looks like a character you'd see in real life groups. π€ After retaking the quiz, which group (or song) do you prefer? The second time I took the quiz. I got "1Nm8 - Break Outta Here". This song sounds like something I would listen to as background music while doing something like drawing or doing housework. I definitely prefer Be A Star, which suits my personality and tastes better, it's a song I would actively listen to, Break Outta Here sounds a bit boring to me. I prefer Visty as a group :) |
