| Armor improvements and honestly, a good amount of luck. The armor on the Reginleif can withstand shrapnel and if I remember correctly, 7.62. Him just falling however far he did is a mix between the cockpit strength and pure luck. |

| What a banger of an episode. Seriously. The only thing I disliked, was that Shin didn't really talk to her. I missed the "Big Reveal"-Moment. |

| Reallistically Raiden and Kurena should have been dead since they were directly hit by the Morpho (I think Raiden at least was protected by Fido?), but I get what the show was trying to do, and having them dead would have feel so much for Shin, so it didn't bother me. Theo and Anju have the benefit that they weren't shown shot. Other than that, I'm so glad Lena's back. I knew they wouldn't kill the heroine of the story like that, and her reunion with Shin was cheesy, but after everything Shin has went through this season he needed that. Beautiful scene and reencounter. A shame Lena didn't recognize Shin, but I held hopes the last episode will have them meeting. Seriously, if this would have been the ending of the show I wouldn't have mind it, it was so touching. |
