| I feel like the shows first half was a lot stronger than it's second, and I'm sure that just comes down to the quality of the story and these characters. Jobko's really been the MVP of the show. |

| I haven't been this sad that a show is ending since the first season of Yuru Camp. Just the thought that I won't get to see these girls having fun again next week is a bit depressing. Hopefully just like Yuru Camp there will be more, but equally it's come to a nice end (apart from Jobko going home) Randomly, despite my feeling that way about both, they both aren't quite my top shows of their seasons. Yuru Camp was pipped by the show in my signature and Bocchi the Rock pips DIY as both deal with a bit more serious topics along with all the fun parts. But equally I wasn't quite as sad to see APFTTU finish and I don't think I'll have the same reaction to the end of BtR as I have to this. |
| No! I am genuinely upset that the show is over, I am gonna miss this wonderful show so much. Bocchi is my top 1 this season, but Do It Yourself has a special place in my heart. It's also with Akiba Maid War and Koukyuu no Karasu as the hidden gems of the season. I don't remember if it was mentioned before, but it was pretty sad to know the reason Jobko stayed in Japan for a while, though it was also bittersweet at the same time, cause of all the positive experiences and friends she gained. That was really nice. Purin and Serufu gotta be one of most favorite friendship in anime, they're just so sweet. Again, I am going to miss this show, but I hope to God we get a season 2 or a movie at least. Bloody lovely show. 9/10 |

| Yes I'm going to miss this series a lot. Miku could've joined the DiY club a couple of episodes before, but I'm glad she came to terms with Serufu. This was a very chilling and fun series, always a joy. The last scene in ending has more emotional meaning now. |

| This series is soooo wholesome and heartwarming~ Definitely going to miss all of them. I like how the slow-paced story put me in chill and the warm tone-color they use make me so comfy to watch it. Plus some adorable and emotional moments at the end too. Totally enjoyable! |

| Did they really think it was a good idea for Serufu to do the floor boards? Lol Someone could trip on those scews and they got a long way down...still though cool tree house. I still find it funny they kept calling it their secret hideout when the whole school knows about it by now. The relationship between Purin and Serufu is really sweet. How many times before Shii finally slips off the roof? Lol Ah so Miku was acting all tsun tsun with her puri puri all along since she felt rejected and abandoned by Serufu for trying to look out for herself. I felt like the show had more potential than it met but it was pretty enjoyable. As much as id like a season 2 it’s hard to see it happen with the ending of Jobko going back to America and that picture frame, it had a very final feel to it. Not that it’s not possible but there was no hints of a second season. ;_; |

| And there we have it. The DIY club has completed their tree house. The road wasn't always smooth, but they have done it. Jobko is going back to America and here's hoping her relationship with her dad will improve after her return. We now know why Pudding is pissed off at Serufu, and to think she's a bit possessive, but that's how I felt when a friend who's close to me is drifting farther and farther. I think anyone that's watching or has watched this series can agree that Pudding has the best character development in the series. I've said this before but I'm going to say it again: I wish there were more DIY related moments. Yes we got the girls crafting accessories for fund for the tree house, but other than that it's basically crammed into building the tree house itself. I wish they made bench, table, or small projects like a pencil case or something. But, even without those, I still think it's a good show. I still think Jobko's way of speaking is annoying, but I could endure it. Also, what's with the opening BEFORE the ending??? A solid 8/10 from me. |

| I'm gonna miss this show... I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. This last episode was really sweet and finishing on Purin and Serufu making their own bench was perfect and heartwarming. This show really overwhelmed me with happiness and I even felt a bit emotional by the end of this final episode. I think it just became one of my favorite show ever! |

| Do It Yourself!! was a good and fun SoL anime. Btw, I agree with Serufu, the smell of wood is wonderful. For being a season ending episode we got quite a bit of Jobko including some background info. I don't recall hearing before that her mom had passed away and that her dad was depressed, damn. Too bad Jobko didn't stay a little longer but her and her dad need each other too I'm sure. It was nice that Purin and Serufu built the bench together and I thought Purin was going to confess to Serufu about her feelings (I thought there was going to be some yuri action lol). Anyways, I liked the attention to detail especially in the tools they used, the explanation on building different things, and Serufu's pig pet freaking out whenever they ate pork. The music was good and soothing like the ED. A couple of minor dislikes were Purin taking too long to join the group, Serufu's absentmindedness got a little annoying at times, the storyline dragged a little at times and I just felt it was missing something. Overall I still enjoyed watching this and I give it a 7/10. |

| Good ending, lots of Purin and Serufu interactions which are adorable. Just Purin finally talking to Serufu was absolutely fantastic. This ending was bittersweet, with Jobko having to go back to America. Everyone saying their goodbyes. Her trying to act so adult but showing how she's still a child. The ending showing the girls picture in the treehouse, dang that's so sweet. |
| Purin dropping the tsundere act and openly talking about Serufu with Jobko was truly a character development moment. I'm so proud of her. Wholesome finale to conclude a very lovely show overall. The treehouse was completed, Jobko returned to the US and Purin finally could do it with Serufu. The bench project, I mean. But seriously, this show ended up being such a pleasant experience. Really liked the comfy vibes and all the characters were very endearing in their own ways. 8/10 - Hope this gets another season. Really need more Purin x Serufu content in my life. |

| Goodbye Jobko, though she was one of the character that ruined my experience with this anime for how HORRIBLE the seiyuu was to do that fake english accent, really had to mute half of the anime to somewhat enjoy it but the real issue is how the treehouse was almost the only interesting thing they did, otherwise it was "DIY" that looked more like activities you do at kindergarten such as coloring on seashells etc |

| purin and serufu's friendship is so cute 🥺 the hug at the start man 🥺🥺 jobko has returned to her home too and seems like the club did get some more members, which is great. finally the octopus got his new OS installed lmao. man waited long enough. i feel like a lot more content could be shown so a season 2 is not completely out of question. overall, an easy 9/10. loved the weekly soul healing. why this is not tagged iyasheki is something i will never understand. |

| Very enjoyable SoL with lovely characters and interesting style of animation. Although, sometimes some girls were annoying (Purin and Jobuko mostly) it still made them more fleshed out as characters overall. I also liked how this small anime had its own worldbuilding with AIs and stuff, adding to the charm, as well as little things that tied together nicely in the end. |

The friendship between he girls and especially between Serufu and Purin was so sweet. Happy to see the hardwork they put into the treehouse to pay off so well! 8/10 |
| This series was so great. it felt like it was like the 3rd installment in a long franchise already with all of the world building and intricate character moments and injokes. I really hope it gets a second season C: Also one day in like 10 years Serufu and Purin are gonna look back and realize that close female friendship they had in school was actually a crush but they just didnt have the words to describe how they were feeling yet. The true lesbian experience shown in animation here lmaooo |

| I didn’t expect to like this anime as much as I did. I started it as sort of a “time filler” of sorts. But it was SO much more than that. The animation was unique in a great way. I loved all of the characters (including one of my least favorite tropes of the child genius). You could tell that they put a lot of heart into this. 8/10 |
