| The long awaited Chainsaw Man anime is finally here, as someone that hasn’t read a lick of the manga and doesn’t know jack about it outside of the big waifus this was pretty damn good. I noticed it used a mix of CGI and animation, which usually isn’t a good idea but it’s definitely great here, I wasn’t bothered at all by the CGI and it didn’t look out of place, so all of the visuals slapped for sure as expected of MAPPA. This first episode already has me really interested in this world too, the devils have cool and creepy designs too and I’m a big fan of that. I also like Denji as an MC, his chainsaw dog Pochita was cute as hell too, I kinda hope that isn’t the last we see of it but it could be, idk lol, it’s just too good of a design to be used for one episode imo, and right off the bat I can tell Makima isn’t your typical waifu, I’m excited to see why she’s so well liked. And that OP was great, very awesome visuals that kinda remind me of Jujutsu Kaisen and the song was very cool too, and I hope that was the ED at the end of the episode, love to hear some rock for a show that definitely fits it. |

| First episode was very good. Kikunosuke Toya voice reminds me a bit of Nobuhiko Okamoto. Great work as his first role. |

| Loved the shot of power and denji dancing like idiots at the end of the opening lol. Seems like a decent and pretty 1 to 1 adaptation overall too. |
| I LVOED IT SO MUCH OH M GOD ive been waiting so long for this and im so happy they did everything perfect. the cgi was good and the animation was BEAUTIFUL i love the visuals in the op, power and denji dancing at the end was adorable. i also LOVE the ending song so much i need to know what it's called asap |
