Also, Iino's little "ok" after Tsubame calms her and everyone down.... HNNNNNGGGG Ishigami: "Hey, Four-Eyed Flunkies." Ok dub is actually really growing on me quick. Sounded jarring at first, but now I actually kind of prefer it in a lot of places, like for Kaguya's VA for instance. Like all the others, it's less high-pitched and less cutesy and stuff, but she sounds more.... adult, more ice-queen-like, especially when they were interviewing her while she was practicing archery. It works both ways of course though. "OH TO BE THAT RUBBER BALL" (in the sub it's just: "tsubame-senpai is great, isn't she? Yes, she is) Gave every episode of this season 5/5's, except this episode, which I apparently gave a 4/5. Time to change that to a 5. |

| This was a well handled interesting buildup to something big. Giving more screentime to Tsubame is already a great choice, Ishigami seeing right through the other club members was nice, and the debate about food stopped in time before going on for too long. New characters had their debut and they are already more interesting than Miko's friend i can't even remember the name of. Poor Miyuki, i'd be frustrated too in that position. |
