| Good story but how it progress is pretty meh. Decent characters but the developments are really bad, Tanjiro is basically the same through the entire series including the manga, I also don't like the way how he thinks "I would save anyone even if they stab me and I almost died lmao, I'm so fucking cool and kind". Other side characters are forgettable except for Rengoku, Giyuu, Urokodaki and some characters that play a big role and actually makes some impacts on the plot. Comedy is a bit forced but I enjoy it. We already knew how good the animation and OST is, they're on another level, also the reason why KnY is popular thanks to Ufotable, the episode 19 is a gem that made me speechless. Overall, decent and a fun watch, people praised it a bit too much even with tons of flaws, but also over-hated just because how popular it is |

Demon slayer deserves the title of most overrated anime of 21st century àlong with "kimi no wa" and both have similarlity also. 1)Both have mid story. 2)Both have garbage characters. 3)Both are watched by people only because of the animation. 4)Both are only like by Normies who doesn't even know the difference between a good show and a bad show. 5)And people who like this two anime are 14 to 16 year old kids and are garbage aswell. |
| Codegeass is garbage aswell but codegeass is original anime so, it doesn't fall under any demographic like shounen or seinen.The anime which are adapted from manga have demographics like shounen or seinen. That's why codegeass is the most overrated original anime. |

| In my own, humble opinion, Demon Slayer is a damn good anime. I ranked it at a 9 out of 10 on my list. I love the animation, its full of style when it comes to that. The animation really feels like artwork from feudal Japan. The music is pretty great, I like the opening theme, "Gurenge." It is a tropey show but unlike shows that just have tropes and don't do anything with them, the show embraces it, which I like. My only real complaints are that some of the characters feel 1 dimensional, like you got Zenitsu who just cries and he does have his moments, but it gets redundant when he reverts back to his cowardly side. Same goes with the Hashira. I like Rengoku but there are also a lot of characters that just have one personality trait and that's it, like the Flamboyant dude who is flamboyant and the guy who stares off looking at clouds. That's not to say the characters are bad, I like Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inosuke and Rengoku. It is a flaw I'm somewhat annoyed at. Overall, 9/10. |

| Animation and visually it's good. Story wise, like characters and the plot are honestly the worst. The only one I will excuse is Inosuke and he doesn't even get his full backstory explained. |
