There are people to create scripts to sort MALs entire DB from shortest to longest duration. There are ~8000 entries on this website that are ~40 minutes or LESS, and about 4000 that are 10m or less. If all you cared about was some HUGE # of completed animes this is super easy to do. All these accounts with these insane totals are FAKE. Spacecowboy is accepted to be fake. Valoon is accepted to be fake. Coolest is the biggest fraud on this entire website. Hope this clears this up. @pietru read my comment, most people with these huge numbers haven't seen 1000 series like naruto lmfao. I have ~5,500+ complete, and only about idk, 700 of it is actual full length TV series. The rest is music videos (1,400), Hentai (400), Movies, OVAS, Specials, etc. |

| Hi everyone, I searched for this topic because i was proud of my watched anime numbers but i didnt expect people to have that much of completed animes. I am watching anime for more than fifteen years and it seem a lot to me hahahahah I really started in my Junior high / Middle school, but if i take into account detective conan, magical doremi on tv when i was ten years old, it was even before that lool. I am 30 years old this year ( to give you the timeline) ;) I added some completed anime yesterday. I did a big update because i was not regular on updating my watchlist sorry !! @Richard_drizzle I wasn't really aware there was a feature called badges. Never really got more into things here than to keep the list updated. Thanks for the info though :)

| @ziomalos https://www.mal-badges.com/ (I also help out with the site) ------- The best way for people to show their legitness is by utilizing start/end dates (which can show monthly progress on anime.plus), notes/tags (though optional - for extra tracking/organizing), and dropping/not adding titles that are known or thought to be lost media or inaccessible. I see a lot of users who cheat by mass adding titles, and adding lost and inaccessible media to their completed list to get the points on MB. Best way is to point out and shame those users and to promote legitimacy and proper tracking methods. At least with MB we can ban those users if fully confirmed. |

@_cjessop19_ pretty neat looking feature with those badges, at least you can collect something else than worsening eyesight :).
