| This anime has taken a liking to making people cry. Tears most of the time, even if in the end it was almost a river of tears. Well, at least we can say that those who worked on this anime have succeeded in their intent. The Twin Turbo character finally has his quarter of an hour of stardom, I hope it doesn't end there. |

| I've been enjoying the season more than the first one, but dang, this episode really hit me (right up there with the Rice Shower episode). Watching Teio being battered down the entire season and seeing her reach her lowest point, all of it climaxing to finally seeing the immense amount of support around her that was clouded to her before, it just got me. Twin Turbo's declaration and determination in her race that let her win by a landslide, like it was just all so good. Yes, it's all super sappy and yadda yadda, but the storytelling and buildup leading to everything was amazing. |
