The part that caught my attention is the conversation between garf and Subaru.Unlike last episode,the constant impactful word and the mood of each character fits perfectly.
Overall on the adaptation:2/10
Rushed,mediocre animation,"good" artstyle,rigid storyboard and some VA problem.
Overall thought:I don't think the part 2 will get any improvement depan on the series that blow up the anime community in 2016 and 2017,"Berserk 2016" and also 2017.If you compare the among seasonal anime,you can clearly see what is good artstyle un-ironically.You are right all along,everything is going to downhill becuz of our lovely white fox.

I think they re just holding off because any footage from next episode would be too spoilery, althought at the same time they did show the witches in ep 9 so i dunno. Dont think there s any way they can fit a recap episode into the current situation plus the amount of episodes they have left is pretty much a gold standart for pacing in what s left to adapt in the volume so i really hope its not a recap.

it will be interesting next cour tho...the next half of arc 4 has also 3 LN Vols.
however these volumes have more chapters in them but at the same time the same amount of pages in previous volumes,

plus next cour is 12 episodes instead of 13, but I'm willing to bet the last episode is gonna be an hour long to fin the content

The 1st episode of this cour adapted leftover contents from Arc3 (LN vol9). And the remaining 12 episodes they'll adapt vols 10-12, plus (most probably) ch1 of vol13

While cour2 has to just adapt remaining vol13-15. So it's pretty consistent pacing wise. They won't have to make an hour long episode to fit all the content.

Subaru face keep changing each episode and it's yet to improve.The debut of meili is completely failure considering the cgi mabeast and some moment too.Elza tits's size is inconsistency huh?Wf have skipped the entire moment between Subaru and garf after he get teleported but tbh i think it's a wise decision although they could just ended at where Rosawaal is going to have conversation with Subaru but at least that episode did not felt any rushed at all.I really hope wf could uncensored more on the scene where garf and ram get stabbed but that's just my ambitious.Rosawaal kicking Subaru was kinda stiff tbh.And yeah the rabbit scene.I mean the cgi doesn't look bad at all since it didn't looks like a clusterfuck situation.But you do have a point that wf should just made rabbit come in one directions so it look smoother.
I only hate wf that they keep falling to make a episode that reach maximum potential.

But I really want that "Witches' reveal" to be BEST cliffhanger since it gives a snap to close the curtain and wait for 4-5 months for the second cour.
