It depends. If I enjoyed the intro/outro a lot, I won't skip it. But as a whole, I don't skip them. Unless if they're really bad/boring or they're like Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry's outro... Ughh...

Help, I'm hooked into the Fate series (not all) and am obsessed with Shirou x Saber!
Also, forever hoping for a ufotable remake of the Fate route!

I usually skip it tbh but there are exceptions though like when I perhaps like it but that's rare xd. Altho sometimes I tend to watch the whole 23-24 mins of the anime at the last ep thinking "Hey, it's the last ep anyway". Even tho it's usually only 2 mins longer I still think it's a waste of time.

If it hypes me then I won't skip it. For example, Death Parade, it's really catchy and nothing beats a joyful intro before watching something dark

skipping the intro/op is a punishable sin.

unless the intro sucks. skipping an ending/ed isn't a big deal, though i have seen some really cool ones.

Nope, never have done that.
I especially wouldn't skip the outro cause sometimes there's a bit of information as what to expect in the next episode.

If I am concurrently watching a serious as it is airing, I watch the ending to watch the preview, but unless I really like the opening, or if I am really lazy, I skip the opening. One other thing is, if I watching with a friend, I tend to watch the opening, why? No clue.

I always skip them.
For me they don't add anything the the anime and i think they are spoilers.
I am also don't like the music even outside of the OP and ED when there is music in anime i tend to mute it unless there are characters talking.
And if it's a scene with a concert or something like that i skip the entire scene.
The music they usually play in anime is just not my type of music.

Depends on how good the song is. Sometimes I'll skip the OP or ED because I don't care for the song, but if the song is really good then I'll actually watch it. Gets me more hyped for the actual episode if the song is epic.

I usually watch the opening for the first few episodes until I get tired of it and sometimes I watch it on the last episode. And I always only listen the ending while doing something else (like reading the comments or going on twitter) so I don't miss an after credit scene (but if I dislike the ending song, I'll skip it to see if there's something after the credits)

All of the anime I have seen have had really cool intro and outro songs with nice animations, so usually I watch them as it gets me in the vibe of the show. I think it is part of the experience, but that's just me.

I skip outro mostly, and for intro, unless it's VERY VERY GOOD, I'd skip it after I heard the first time. (Very very good OP = Fate Zero and something to that degree)

I try to pretend I am watching TV as much as possible. If an OP or ED is playing I go do something while it's playing in the background, or get up and grab something to drink. Some anime with clear commercial breaks I sometimes pause at, shitpost for a few minutes, then come back to. It might be nice if there were some way to insert real (Japanese TV) commercials though.

What I usually do is listen to both on the first episode but I often skip it the rest of the episodes just because I personally don't think it's catchy enough for me to listen every time. However, the exceptions I have so far include:
- Nanatsu No Taizai OP 2
- FMA: Brotherhood OP 4 and 5
- Soul Eater OP 1 and 2
- Parasyte OP
- Hunter x Hunter 2011 ED 1
- Naruto Shippuden OP 1
- D.Gray-man OP 1
- SAO OP 1

I'm sure there are more that will be added to the list in the future but those are my personal favorites, based on the animes I have seen before. xD

Usually when I start a new series, I will watch the opening in the first episodes. If they are catchy, then I probably won't skip them. If they're not, I skip them. Same thing with endings as well. If they don't sound catchy in the first 10 seconds or so for me, I just skip and move on. However, there have been some cases where I do sleep on the endings and they just sounded so good for me. Recently for me, it was the Seven Deadly Sins ending 2. It was so good, I couldn't believe I was skipping it this whole time!

I think watching the opening makes a better experience, also if the song is good.

i usually skip intros and i always skip endings.

I watch the intros the first time but then i skip it almost always after that.
if i don't skip the intro and let it play, i'm probably doing something else and just not paying attention to it.

I just dont watch endings. which is why is hate after ending sequences. dont put important info after the credits!

Usually I do. I watch them at least once... If I like both song and animation for the OP, I´ll probably skip less. And if it´s really catchy (Let´s use Flyers from Death Parade as an example) I´ll NEVER skip it.

As for ED, I´ll ignore if the song isn´t nice and/or catchy. Sure, will also watch at least once.

I usually skip the ending after I heard it once unless I really love it (like the one of Bakemonogatari or Death Parade).

However with openings it's different. Provided I slightly like the op I will always listen to it in every episode (except I'm in a hurry).

I watch them for the first 2 episodes usually, and then skip the rest until the songs change. (Then I'll repeat - I'll watch the new songs for one or two episodes and then skip.)
