| So far so good. Enjoying Glenn as a character. Kinda saw him coming, but that's ok, it was what I was waiting for. He probably saved that girl from the bad mages, probably has a 'bleh' attitude towards magic due to his history of killing, lots. Looking forward to more! |

| That part was so similar to the Mystletainn Kick I thought it was an intentional reference to it. I was even expecting that guy to point out that it wasn't a punch, and then he did. I still have that show as my #5 favorite so of course that's one of my favorite parts of the episode. |

| The cliches showed in episode 1 aren't gone, but at least the story's getting lw interesting. It's also cool to see this show develop its concept of magic as not this nebulous thing but a series of chants that can be tangibly modified. Tho I can't see this show going much in the way of HunterXHunter's complex battle system, at least there IS a system to refer to (i.e. Glenn's original magic basically voiding other magic possibly b/c of his beliefs; shock bolt changing according to the chant). Particularly interested in Glenn, though he technically is an overpowered mc like other certain light novels. *cough* Well, at least he has a strong personality and beliefs and isn't a cardboard cutout. |

| Actually "Fools World" isn't that strong to be worthy called OP. I think it was mistake in translation, but it doesn't negate magic. It just stop it from being activated in it's range. Which, if you give it some thoughts is pretty major difference. That's up to him decide, not you. |

| Very interesting development. Like some have said, I really like how his original magic stays consistent with his philosophy, which makes it less far stretched and very cool to watch. Really want to know what kind of history he has. Can't wait till the next episode! |
| I'm mostly watching this for the blonde bombshell, but the magic explanation was a lot more complicated and interesting than I had initially pegged this show for. Honestly, it was pretty cool. The attempted rape scene was dumb as shit, though. Not because there was an attempted rape, but how the MC reacted to it: "sorry to interrupt hyuk hyuk." Stupid and tone-death. There's a time for comedy, but that wasn't it, even taking the MC's personality into consideration. |

| 4/5 Much better episode this week than last. It was hard to remember what even happen last episode and I completely forgot Rumia and Glenn's name. This week we got to see that Glenn is actually a very intelligent teacher and his class suddenly got popular. After seeing him last week, I actually thought he might just be a retard professor who is stupid strong in a certain way. This week he's actually a formidable fighter with a spell he created himself (which is apparently hard) and knows physical combat from a (seemingly) high ranking military. With things escalating that quickly and the emergence of this group that is after Rumia, I am hoping to get some sort of answers and development in the next episode. On a side note, I'm still bothered by the school's dress code. |

| The narrative, I is not showing anything that I had not planned so far, items seen, can be found in many other anime series, but the protagonist Glenn, as well as being very funny, and also very interesting and irreverent as I have never seen so far in other male characters, though in this ranking, we do not take into account the character Hachiman (SNAFU). Although Glenn, it's still a bit original, compared to Hachiman. The plot, I'm liking, because the magic is treated differently from usual. Only thing I do not like, it's the rest: the designs are just stylish, and the rest of the characters, it is still too anonymous. |

| This ep is much better than the 1st one! I thought he was joking about magic is for killing stuff and just say that on purpose to provoke/tease Sisti, Then it shows that he's not. But then again, he's still right. That is one way to look at how magic was used. But that depends on the person's view on the magic and how they're using it. It's pretty subjective. Author sure loves to tease Sisti a lot, even going as far as almost raping her. Not complaining, of course, that last scene was gold. Not bad overall. Enjoyed every seconds of it. That sensei can teach after all. This show is officially becoming my #1 series that I can't wait to watch every week. Gonna need more! |

| A pretty interesting episode Its nice that Glenn is able to find the motivation to teach the students and man he really has a great knowledge on magic and his ways of improving it are pretty original. We also get to see Rumia and Sistine's developing feelings towards Glenn as well as their impressions of him change. Its also nice that we get to see the bad guys as well. Second day and its still self study lol You think Glenn would have something to teach after being beaten by Sistine and getting punished by his patron. Sistine really has a proud view of magic eh But its funny Sistine struggle when Glenn is asking his own questions about magic though. Hmm it seems that Glenn has got out of his shell then. So to him magic is useful only for killing people eh. It seems that Sistine's view on magic lies in the higher fields of it and how it could benefit humanity she probably didn't know that it advanced through its sue in killing people. Or at least didn't want to. But its interesting that Glenn is interesting in belief and knowledge that's beyond what they cover in the school. It is nice that Glenn realized what a brat he was to Sistine though. Runia is pretty dedicated to learning though and works hard at her studies. The magic circle that she and Glenn created was certainly pretty when activated To Glenn Rumia reminds him of how he was when he first saw magic eh I like Rumia though because in addition to being dedicated and kind she's also good at trying to understand people as well. Runia has some admirable aims and goals though. Hmm i wonder was Rumia's mage of justice actually Glenn. It sure looks like it. I think Glenn remembers her as well too. Given Rumia's words and the realization that her personality and aims were forged from that incident that he helped create i wonder will this change Glenn for the better. Sisti's motivation for learning magic was her grandfather eh. I can see why she has such a high opinion of magic though. Its nice that Glenn did say sorry to to Sistine the next day though. Hmm it seems the magic education can now finally begin. The first thing to do with spells that have long incants is of course to shorten them while at the same time retaining the spell itself. Hmm who knew that changing the incarnation can have that kind of effect on the spell. Its funny that while teaching them new aspects of magic that they already know he's also challenging them as well. Lol Glenn's nickname for Sistine is white cat. Lol Glenn using Sistine's reaction to Glenn's words as an example. Hmm so magic is simply reformatting your subconscious and apply that to the real world eh. Interesting. Hmm when Glenn gets serious and his teachings work of course he will get popular. Its nice to see that though and is funny to see Celica take pride in Glenn who's her apprentice. Wow Glenn's classes are now pretty packed. Its nice that Glenn now seems to enjoy teaching though. Lol when compared to the other students its true that after seeing Celica that no one can match her. Its nice that Sistine and Rumia's impressions of Glenn has changed quite a bit though. Hmm it looks like someone is targeting the magic conference that all the big mages are going to. Lol Runia poking at Sistine's gradually increasing feelings towards Glenn. Hmm so these guys are rogue mages of some sort eh. Geeze Glen got that just in time for Sistine though. The guys reaction to not being able to cast magic though lol. Hmm so thats Glenn's power eh. Quite a useful one. Though the spell makes him unable to use magic it doesn't mean that he doesn't have other skills though. Hand to hand doesn't need magic at all you know lol. |

| Glenn is really carrying this show for me, he's a fantastic character. This episode was a lot better than episode 1 and considering that I did enjoy episode 1, I loved this. Could have done without that one Sisti scene but I guess the payoff of having Glenn kick that guy's a$$ was worth it. The other characters aren't really doing too much for me right now but I'm interested in the world building and their portrayal of magic. So far one of my favorite shows this season for sure. |
