| lol, i'm really amaze that ppl say this episode is good or even awesome. no offend guy, just saying wat i feel. but seriously lol, i find absolutely nothing good about this piece of crap. wanna point out something first lol those voice actor are all famous and definitely awesome in their voice acting BUT they are not a bit fit in this series. Some people say it's good because those are their fav voice actor/actress. i think this voice actor is best fit for Lucy sigh...need to look up her name Okamura, Akemi i'm no fan of her, i just think that her voice and style is more fit. someone agree? plz answer cuz i wanna know if my sense is correct. about art, too colorful i would say. they ruin many things like characters. i read some post and people try to compare the art to OP. just one question, what is wrong with OP art? i know that the character design is not that good but that it's style. it has its own world, its own environment, its own style. what wrong about it? once again, NO OFFEND P.S. this is just a personal thing i dont like about it lol SUB if they use "mahou" instead of "wizard" and keep the attack move in japanese, i probably still watching it lol |

| I expected the first episode to be MUCH better then this. The voice actors didn't fit at all, the fighting scenes sucked, and the animation was lame. I'll keep watching to see if it'll get better. I hope it does or else I'll just drop this. |
| I read manga and I have one question. What the hell are these magic circles? And seiyuu... Lucy's is somewhat good, but Natsu, Happy - fail. I want to see Erza, I hope she is alright. |
| The first half was like a typical Shojo. Nothing interesting. But the 2nd half was quite interesting. I really loved the background music. But that blue cat(sry, but I don't read manga and I haven't learnt it's name) seems a little distant from this anime's style. |

Natsu feels to me like... a male Lina Inverse *_* I mean, the dragon-spells, the eating-habit, the attitude, the passion for destroying cities... :P Whatever, this was kinda fun; I am not impressed with the animation style nor the voice cast [Natsu's voice sounds really wrong to me, I don't think it fits him] but it's funny :D. And if it's gonna be 'Slayers funny', that's ALWAYS a plus in my book |

| Woah! why is Plue here, NICE!! I miss Rave master... I never notice this anime because of a One Piece resemblance in Art, but it seems okay and though I really really dislike One Piece (no offense), I might continue this series - worth watching from the 1st ep.. a |

| Of Course its Childish people it's Shounen after all...what do you guys expect? ^_^ it's ment for the kids (by japanese standards..don't even start with me) I should have started watching the animation first.Knowing whats going to happen is no fun :( |

| A lot of weird, and a little bit of awesome. Tweak the ratio and I might end up liking it. Decent so far. |

| holy crap, i think this might be my new favourite show!! everytime i hear happy, louise face comes to mind, i wish she was like this more, and he sounds like kagura too. and for som reason i was expecting (and ready to hear) a high pitch guys voice, for som reason like luffy's but than i hear thing manly man voice, lol lucy is funny, if her and natsu were a comedic duo, she would be the straight man, while natsu would be the baka. i'm looking forward to this :) |

| i just watched this in english. i love the voice cast! they fit their character's personality perfectly! i found out about theis anime from an AMV including Fairy Tail and i saw clips of Natsu breathing fire and thought it looked really cool. i liked how Aquarius was bugged when Lucy summoned her. usually when something is summoned they know what to do immidiately and do it without question. |

| Well i watched some good amount of shounen now. But Fairy tail is the first that did not need a little to get in to. This could be come a great anime if it stays like this. Well 174 eps to watch next. |

| Pretty good first episode. Decided to watch at least one of these long shounen (apart from D. Gray-man) and figured I would start with Fairy Tail, one season at a time (1-48, 49-95, 96-150, 151-175). |

| A nice start I'd say, some pretty decent visuals and action. The pace could have been slightly better but it was still quite nice! Lets see what the whole story has to offer! |

| I read the first two chapters of the manga last night because I was thinking about watching it so I found them on Mango and thought they were awesome. The first episode was really great! I loved it, it followed the manga well and was really awesome! I watched it dubbed and thought it was cool. |
