I'm searching for an anime where there were alot of short scene's where a bunch of men (mostly) would sit somewhere. A girl comes buy and they all see something horny and all get nosebleeds. All episodes contain small shorts with scenes that end with nosebleeds. It's old and the drawing wasn't that great, but I really like to see it again! Btw; I think it's atleast 10 years old

This guy sees a red light flash in the sky that no one else noticed and then he becomes like "chosen". Then something falls from the sky and crashes on to the boat. Regardless, any help or suggestions are highly appreciated. I've been seeking this on my own for a very long time with no luck.

- only man there except for the patients
