| How do you react when someone tries to spark up conversation in the bathroom? Lately(last 5 times I've been to a public restroom)Someone tries to start a conversation with me. I think its really weird and completely unnecessary. I usually try to get out of there as fast as I can without speaking a word. Who wants to talk to someone while you're in the bathroom? What is there to talk about? Even when its someone I know I avoid it. |
 Don't recommend me something that is still publishing, unless its close to being finished. Don't recommend me anything that isn't licensed. |

| It's usually taboo, but I'm not too bothered by it personally. If someone wants to say something, I don't mind. But I never try to start a conversation myself. I know how much most people hate it. |

| Weeeeeell assuming it should be same gender, as I am not expecting to see the opposite gender in the washroom, it better be my buddy saying something about the movie we just watched :) I'm only in the washroom because I had to take a leak very badly, and I am not planning to be there longer than needed. Now if I just forgot something important like a coat or if dropped my wallet, sure you can tell me :) It better be damned important like 'hey I think your wife is looking for you'. |

You get on a bus, and some old lady who is barely comprehensible starts talking to you about something you have never ever heard, wouldn't that be weird? |

I once did an evil laugh in a public restroom while taking a #2. In a place like that, it's a very efficient way to disturb everybody, badly. That's what you get if you try conversing with me in a place like that. |
| I don't mind it. I think it can be pretty funny. Then again it's never happened to me anywhere except at a pub (or Tavern or Bar or whatever). In which case alcohol intoxication tends to occur. So chances are you go to the restroom every 20-30 minutes. May aswell enjoy your time in there =P |

| Well, I suppose it may be odd to talk to someone when you're in the stalls, but if you're washing your hands or something I don't see a problem at all. Conversation is conversation. But, that's coming from a very social person who doesn't feel awkward no matter what happens. :P |

I don't talk in the restroom. I freaked out just this week when I went into a stall and I heard what sounded like a fat lady ask, "where did you go?" in some heavy accent. I just froze, then ignored her. On a similar note, my friend, Steph, once was talking to someone on the phone, happily having an hour long usual girl conversation when she hears the girl on the other side of the phone making the grunting sounds of you know, pooping. She told my friend that she was in the bathroom and Steph wanted to immediately hang up. The conversation went something like: Person: No, no! I'm done! Wait... *plunk* *trickle* Person: Okay, now I'm done. Steph: Eeeeeeewwww! So no talking in the bathroom, even on the phone. |

| I don't think it's great if somebody in the conversation is doing their business but if it's just by the sinks or people standing around I don't mind. I guess the standing around only goes for girls though lol. Although, I'm quite socially awkward anyway so I'd probably freeze or throw them an insult. |
