Izaya's usually my favourite, but I voted for Anri. She needs some love more than anyone.

BTW, it's “Yagiri Namie”, not “Seiji Namie”. Also, what's with the weird mix of name orders (and random presence/lack of surnames)?

Celty, because her reactions to the police are always funny. She is fine being chased by other people, but when it comes to the police and aliens she freaks out haha.

The most interesting new character this season for me though is Hijiribe Ruri though, because she is also a monster like Celty and they could be close friends in the future having the same monster scent.

It's really hard to pick so here's several

Izaya- intellectual troll genuise that sees the world in ways most don't understand

Saki- I can relate to her as I would be attached to an admire Izaya too, she's able to appreciate his unorthodox way of thinking (wish she stayed with him though her and Kida are cute together too) plust her face it adorable

Kururi and Mairu- crazy badass adorable twincestuos younger sisters of Izaya that are almost as fun to watch as him

Kida- funny and charasmatic character with a very likable personality and character dept

Shinra- his way of thinking is interesting and I love his deep love towards Celty.

Celty- a mystereous woman with a great personality who is pretty with or without a head

I also really want to get to know Kazuka's, Ruri's and Aoba's character more

I had this urge to vote for Aoba because I absolutely love that little devil and I am currently completely focused on him, but in the end I picked Izaya because if I'm being rational here, I still like him more (even though he hasn't done much yet. I'm so hyped for the Earthworm Arc!)

I vote for Anri, she is badass and cute, I don't know why people think she's boring. Being shy doesn't make her boring, if anything, it makes her more likeable to me.

My favorite character is Kyohei Kodata. I wish that more backstory had been given to him and the rest of his gang. He is always looking out for everyone and helping them if he can.
