I don't know anything about the manga, but you're probably going to read a subpar version of the story and not get to see the remake anytime soon if you do that. Just stick to the novel if you don't want to wait, since the remake has been announced for years and yet there isn't even a freaking release date. At the end of the day, I decided to read it because fuck waiting for a remake that is likely to take years to come out. That, and the fact that the novel is actually pretty cool and fun. So why wait? |

The Tsukihime manga has the clear distinction of being an adaptation with elements from other routes that fans are actually okay with. It's totally awesome, and if you want a straightforward experience full of Tsukihime's character interaction and battles, then I'd recommend the manga best. Though, it only follows the Arcueid route, and you WILL miss out on a few story aspects in the VN. Not to say it's far superior, but the Tsukihime VN does provide a better, overall more immersive experience, what with five routes to play and all. Personally, I do prefer the VN myself, but the manga is not bad at all either~ |

Seriously do that even with info dumps. I would definitely watch vids for f/sn as the music is really good and the visual effects are pretty good. (tsuki's are a bit simple apparently). | Fate has some of the coolest action sequences (for saber anyway) and good mystery elements (although you probably already know who all the servants are but still fun if you get immersed in shirou's character). UBW assumes you've read fate so skips first assassin fight ect. |
