| Hearing Garnidelia in the OP was a pleasant surprise! Some scenes made me think I was watching a dancing anime haha. The eyecatch too! And then the ED (which reminded me a lot of ZZ, honestly). So we're inheriting Ameria from Turn A and space pirates...from F91? Though the designs gave off some Mahiroo vibes. Airbags! remember them in CCA, and afaik they were first used in Zambot 3. The bindi on Raraiya's (need to not mix her name up with Quess Paraya lol) forehead surely can't mean the fate of Lalah for her, right? Bellri should stop putting fingers in his mouth. And those visual quirks with someone's tongue, I'm sure they started in Turn A (Loran, Kihel). Well, even the last scene (specifically the pose) kinda looked like a reference to Turn A. And then a TTGL-esque (or Harlock-esque?) descent below. Good introductory episode, I hope G-Reco lives up to its "fame" and I'll learn once again that the quality of Tomino's Gundam show is directly proportionate to the amount of distaste for it on the Internet xD I was preemptively in love with akiman's and Kenichi Yoshida's designs though! They're extremely pretty. P.S. "The world is not square!" P.P.S. Did Noredo refer to somebody as "murderer"? P.P.P.S. Did Noredo "lose" the whip which was "stolen" from the instructor? Animation mistake I guess. Or not. |

| I don't quite understand the hate in the comment section, i think this episode was a good start for the show, nothing exceptional and nothing absolutely horrible. I like the artstyle and the mecha design is wacky but cute. I loved the ameria reference to turn a gundam. Interested to see the next episodes. |

| I like the fact that you can almost tell that this takes place in the UC universe, just from the art style. It's like a mix of Turn A, and the original. |
| The heroine is quite gorgeous but I find that pink hair cheerleader girl the cutest. Gundam g-self has futuristic design. Those dancing move by the mc in mid episode Eye catch kinda made me laugh lol. |
