| This show continues to earn its 10/10 with every single episode. It's SOOO damn hard to wait a week between each episode! Nudist everyone. Fucking love it. Mako apparently has a fantastic body that her outfit didn't do justice. Loved her tying herself up in the harness. Yay for Gamagoori saving his girlfriend. I hope neither of them die and they decide to shack up, but the dude is like 12 feet tall, how are they going to reproduce? Ryuko's being whiny again, sigh. I swear she's declared her retirement from this bullshit like 3 or 4 times now. At least it never lasts more than an episode before she dons Sanketsu again and goes back to kicking ass. Though from her abilities in this episode, it seems like she doesn't even need Sanketsu, at least against the COVERS. Taking on Ragyo is probably gonna need her full power, maybe even a further transformation in her costume. Ragyo's raping Satsuki again, lol. That bitch is warped. Won't say it's not fanservicey, tho. I wouldn't mind giving her butt a few spanks myself ;) It looks like she's not as defenseless as she might seem, though. That part at the end made me cringe, breaking off her toenail to reveal a blade underneath. She'll probably use it to break her chains, though I fail to see how anything short of disintegration is going to manage to kill her mom. I mean, she got impaled through the chest and had her head cut off, and neither one of those managed to do the trick. 5/5 ... I look forward to seeing if anything in 2014 can top this series. |

| &%*#.... I just realized something. They didn't use the anti life-fiber bullet against Ragyo, and even if they've run out of life fiber uniforms and such, they still have good ol' traditional firearms. What if Ryuuko can't be calmed down? What if Satsuki doesn't escape and ends up being used? Who will they use that damn bullet on? They did not spend time animating it and such just to leave it out since then.. I'm scared. |

She's the epitome of a standard barbarian. Mad and smash. That probably turns people off since it's more of a bane than a boon since she never stops to understand the situations she's in. That's what makes her great, and it also gives Satsuki a chance to shine (like always) since she can perform mental circles around Ryuuko, turning this into a dual protagonist deal. Honestly, it would've been way too out of character if she responded with anything other than BARB-RAGE after having that huge bomb was dropped on her. Since COVERS is a hive-mind, who knows what'll happen to Ryuuko's life once it's destroyed since she's infused with life fibers. Pretty conflicting stuff. |

| 30 SEC. PREVIEW FOR EP.20 IS UP Translation: This seems to prove the information I posted in my last post. The background behind Nui seems just like that flaming wasteland Ryuuko just created - and Mako seems to be doing her best to calm Ryuuko down. What will Ryuuko do now, without Senketsu? Thing is.. we didn't see any satsuki, and that mech-looking thing(s) have me worried. |

| Thing is Olly13 - the preview says she STILL leaves. Without Senketsu. Even with Mako doing her "Hallelujah." I don't think anyone formulating a plan right now can foresee what will happen. A good 80% of everything that's been predicated based on previews and statements has been outdone by what TRIGGER actually does. It's kind of impressive that they can keep the plot in check while defying expectations every episode. |

Well Satsuki's body isn't comprised entirely of Life Fibers so if she were captured more restraint might have been required (she did rip Ragyo's mind control thread out of her own brain after all). If you're suggesting that's the actual Ryuko trapped within herself. I wouldn't write it off either. Eh, who knows, speculating sucks, and the way the previews are set out, people could come up with a ton of ideas on directions they'd take Not expecting anything mindblowing coming, but that's me letting my guard down. So even better if they throw in more ridiculous plot progression and twists |
