| Was a good episode, basically some background information and the reasons why Hanyuu is most probably going to show up as a real character. Takano's as crazy as always. |

| It's so confusing in this episode. It looks like the first one to die is the parents of Satoko, then here goes the dismembering of the body of the manager of the dam construction. I thought the first event that happened would be the murder of the manager then the death of Satoko's parent, then Rika's parents, then Satoko's Aunt? Arghh.. It looks more confusing. Did they miss something? I'm really sure that the murder of the manager happened first rather than the death of the parents of Satoko. I think the producers got confused and mistaken. Hahah! LOL! MORE HANYUU!~~ (and btw, I miss Rena now.. Hauu!~) |

The manager got killed and chopped in 1979 !!!!!!!!!! and Satoko's parents die in 1980 DAMMIT .. so WHY THE FUCK is the manager alive AFTER Satoko's parents are DEAD?!!!!!! Story BUG z.z ... I must say .. takano is a b1tch, I disliked satoshi, but now I dislike him even more, selfish bastard >.< I miss Rena-chan ... "omoshi kaeriiii" .. Hanyuu <3 |

| The episode's timeline is a bit qacky I believe. The manager did die first and then Satoko's parents. I'm pretty sure they just jumping around in time. I'm so excited that they're finaly revealing what happened in the past. I can't wait to see what happened to Satoshi. He doesn't seem like the type to just run away and abandon his sister. |

| Not bad seeing the backstory again. But I am finally ready to see the main story characters again. Nothing like this to actually make you APPRECIATE it when you see the same old reliving of those years in Hinamizawa 1980s or whenever it was. And as for the timeline, I'm sure it was just jumping around. In fact, I didn't notice any chronology in the episode to begin with, and coming into this thread to see "they got the chronology wrong" made me go "huh. o.O, I didn't notice any chronology at all, was I not paying attention well enough?x_x". Gosh I'm not seeing any chronology bugs in this show at all so far, and I'm paying painfully close attention, pausing it and rewinding all the time just to be soaking it up and not miss anything. How many minutes does it take you people to watch a 24 minute episode? Maybe it's you guys that a missing something and not me, I'm pretty sure. |

| Finally we get to see the start of the Curse of Oyashiro-sama (not to mention the "missing" arm). I have to wonder, though, if Takano was responsible for the foreman going crazy (as in, if it was the result of her call to Okonogi). Other than that, the timeline confused me too; either they were mixing it up or just jumping all over the place. Also, YAY SATOSHI! I'm looking forward to seeing him more in the series. |

| Nice to finally know exactly how everything started. By the looks of thing the dam managers murder had nothing to do with the villagers, just his co-workers who went a lil'crazy =P Though I really despise Miyo now, that woman have no honour sense of morale >:( Hope she gets what she deserves. |

| For a bunch of adults they all act like little kids. Takano shows that she is bat shit crazy again. Poor Hanyuu, just being able to watch people and not do anything. Rika's talking about Keiichi, right? Yay.. Hanyuu's going to fight now. |

| So we finally know the truth about the original dam murder where the site manager was dismembered, but it wasn't anything to do with the Sonozaki family after all. I still wonder why the manager was affected by Hinamizawa syndrome though (it was obvious why the murderer was) maybe the stress of being targeted by the anti-dam people brought it on. |

| I'm liking this episode, the dam story was more or less fully explained. All the info about Satoko's father, the death of the dam manager, etc. T.T Satoshi is a coward, and Takano sure is insane |

| When is it going to show the NEW Hinimizawa? i mean if that IS the new Hinimizawa then shouldnt the horned girl be revived? well anyway yay this had Satoshi! lol and im happy it finally showed what all happen that long ago.. i was kinda expecting Rena's doing heh-heh. . . SORRY RENA! but anyway i still think Takano is messed up... poor Satoshi cant handle Sataco... and i really thought that the Dam ppl were Sataco's uncle friends and aunt killing Satoshi... im glad thats not the case haha i was about to scream NO SATOSHI! ahaha... anyway it was a great epi ^^ |

XD YAY I LIKE ALL THIS BACKGROUND <3 I felt sorry for Hanyuu after watching all those moments that she just had to sit there and watch that... ...And I was sad that Rika didn't answer the question about her and Hanyuu being connected. I am also loving these after the ED clips. X3! |
